Not only were there several clerical mistakes made by their staff, resulting in them sending me links to a misspelled email, but I wasted time waiting for a doctor who never showed up to my appointment. When it was brought to their attention, they not only didn't apologize, but refused to order my prescriptions to cover me until my next appointment. Having a lapse in treatment for the type of medication I'm on has very high risk for depression, suicidal ideation and suicide. When I expressed this to the office manager she pretty much just said tough shit. All they clearly care about is making money and they do not at all prioritize patient care or health. This practice has completely gone down hill. I have been going to this office for about 5-6 years - since Dr. Bregman was a one man band. Even after coming here for this long, Dr. Bregman still does not recognize my face. LOL. Who is in actual need of medical attention here? This office is rude, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. They are happy to take your money and prescribe you what you need, but it comes with a lot of stress. Aside from the extensively long wait times for your scheduled appointment, they sometimes have forgotten to send my medications and after days of waiting, they claimed they did not have any notes on file that I was seen so I had do an appointment all over again. They have also sent in half my scrips and not all. They are often very impossible to get ahold of. Do yourself a favor - Run for the hills. This place is a disaster and I have no idea how they are still open at this point. Dr. Bregman is also NOT ALLOWED to call in prescriptions to CVS. He has been banned. LOL. The Dr seemed caring and thorough but last month didn't call in my meds or send a prior authorization so I went without meds for a week! This month the hurricane hit so I went another week without my meds and the day I was going to see him he was sick!So I signed a medical records release form for another place that Dr Bregman medical group said would send my meds in that day.well they never even got my medical records sent! Unfortunately this team went completely downhill from when I first started coming here. 1. They show up 30+ minutes late to every appointment, 2. You will get a different doctor/nurse every time, 3. They take forever to send medication to your pharmacy and if you need to have them re-send it, forget it. It will never happen, 4. Some pharmacies don't even accept scrips from bregman (very sketchy) I paid nearly $100 last week for a session and just booked an appointment with a different psych because I've already gone 4 days without medication and cannot get ahold of anyone at the bregman office. I come to every time single time I schedule an appointment there is an issue with the scheduling or script writing. In the rare instance that I'm able to get ahold of someone they tell me the Dr will take care of it right away and then I go to pharmacy and they looking at me like I'm a crazy person. I am on the fence about giving this doctor a bad review on yelp. Ive seen a lot of negative experiences/reviews written that are false or very exaggerated all over yelp. Dr. Bregman is okay! But the staff and office is by far the WORST. Not one of the girls in the front desk seem to know how to answer the phone. I called 15 times and left 3 voicemails and not one person called me back within 24 hours. If you ask a question about your insurance and its "too difficult" or "complicated" they will leave you on hold for about 30 minutes and then transfer you over and over like if it was a game that no one wants to take your call or just simply hang up on you. It is absolute chaos every time you walk in there. Be prepared to wait a very long time and suffer awful service. The people must know the truth about this awful service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible service from the practitioners and office staff. Making an appointment is the only reliable way to get a hold of the office. If you have any other issue, like a concern about your prescription, good luck with that. It's impossible to get a call or email back. My prescription order didn't go through to my pharmacy, and I wasn't able to get a hold of them no matter how often I called. This became a recurring issue, so I stopped going. Both MDs I spoke to were also not interested in hearing me go more into detail about my issues, they just told me I had a prescription and sent me on my way. Dr. Bregman has been of great help. He is very understanding and knowledgeable. The office is really clean and calming, there is plenty of sitting and its a very tech-savvy doctors office. They offer virtual consultations, and check-in is done on an ipad. Staff is nice, but need to be more organized with schedule, I've waited between 1 hour and 2 hours multiple times. Also, I am required to go each month for my prescription and pay for consultation, when most doctors do not charge when you only need to pick up prescription. read more

I see Dr. Baker at this office, and he is great. The reason I give 1 start is because the office staff there is probably the worst I've ever experienced at any medical type office. They never answer the phone, and also do not follow up when I leave voice-mails. Dr. Bregman himself said this is not a pill mill and insinuated that I have a drug problem. Listen, I have been disabled for more than 10 yrs. I rely on my med's to live and to not have serious medical emergencies. If the doctor had read the file correctly he would know that already. I have prescriptions on 90 supplies because I have a hard time dealing with doctors. This guy wants me to see him every month for 1 prescription and every 90 days for the rest. Some made up law in Florida he quoted when I have always received what I needed. I have never had a drug problem and have never abused my prescriptions but if Bregman is a Rip off and made me worse. Best service!! especially during the pandemic their virtual visits are not only easy to set up, but are quick with minimal wait time. Ever since my first visit he has helped me and help my condition. I continue to receive my psychiatric assistance from Doctor Bregman who is a very understanding, reasonable, and professional doctor always trying to do what's best for his patients. Just started 2 months ago coming to Dr. Bregman. A friend of mine recommended and reviews online seemed pretty glowing. The wait time is, as described, a bit long but it was definitely worth it. I want to say i waited about 40 minutes and could see people going in and out and leaving pleased. Once i met Dr. Bregman i could see he was very easy to connect and speak with and he was able to help me tremendously through my issues. He is very attentive, listens well and asks the right questions. He offered a telepsychiatry service that i have yet to try but it definitely seems convenient and i have heard is quicker than the wait time.
