We've always had great experiences at this theater, which is why we keep coming back. We don't go anywhere else, and we're proud Stubs members. Unfortunately, our visit for the opening of Spider-Man was very disappointing. The theater seemed completely unprepared for the crowds. There was no ice in any of the drink machines, there were no napkins or lids available, and every single slushie machine was empty. What made it even more frustrating was seeing several employees standing around talking while these issues went unaddressed. I understand that opening nights are busy, but that's exactly why better preparation is so important. We've always enjoyed coming here, so it was disappointing to have such a poor experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so future visits can live up to the high standards we've come to expect. Nice time at the AMC Theater! While many people are all about the newer theaters, it's refreshing to visit one that has personality and is budget-friendly. Between the reasonably priced tickets and the Unlimited Movie Plan, it's definitely worth it. I like that, whether you buy your ticket at the theater or purchase it online, your ticket is scanned right at the entrance instead of inside near the concession stand. The reclining seats are comfortable and well maintained, not all torn up. The theater wasn't overcrowded, the sound was great, and the laser projection and 3D viewing options made for an enjoyable experience. They also offer 20% off tickets before 4 PM, which is a nice bonus. Like any theater, the food is pricey. However, I love that you can get unlimited popcorn and soda. That's definitely a perk! Took my kids to this theater yesterday and for the most part it was okay. Staff was friendly enough, checking in was simple and the movie experience was fine. Unfortunately the popcorn seemed stale. The family restroom smelled like stale urine. The theater itself was pretty hot. The cupholders had sticky residue on them and there was a lot of trash stuffed under the seats. Another thing that was kind of odd was there was no signage above the door showing what movie was being played. Fortunately for me I attended with children who don't really care about any of that stuff but for $100 on tickets and snacks I think we will visit another theater next time read more

Service was okay, but the person at the front wasn't particularly friendly. I specifically reserved a handicapped seat because I'm recovering from surgery for a femur fracture where a rod had been placed. As I slowly lowered myself into the seat using the armrest for support, the armrest was broken and nearly came completely off, causing me to almost fall and forcing all of my weight onto my injured leg. My leg remained sore for the rest of the movie because of it. The broken armrest also made the entire movie uncomfortable. I couldn't lean to the left because the armrest was unstable, and I couldn't lean to the right because someone was sitting next to me. Even placing my drink in the cup holder was difficult because the armrest shifted again, nearly causing my soda to fall. I had to sit stiffly throughout the movie, and getting out of the seat afterward was also difficult. I understand that theater seats experience wear and tear, but it becomes a serious safety issue when a chair is falling apart, especially when it's one of the designated accessible seats. Those seats exist for guests who rely on them, and they should be inspected and repaired promptly. I'm not used to relying on these accommodations, but I feel sad for anyone else who relies on these simple things every day and it fails them. Visited on a weekend, and unfortunately the bathrooms were consistently dirty, with at least two stalls out of order each time. It's disappointing that maintenance doesn't seem to address these issues more promptly. The one bright spot during my visits has been the young man who scans tickets at the entrance. I didn't catch his name, but he's always friendly, cracking jokes, and welcoming guests with a smile--it really makes a difference. The staff was friendly at the front and my pre ordered pretzel bites were ready on time. The bathroom was clean with soap and paper towels stocked. I love the prime location of this theater and have to admit, it's one of my favorite activities to do during late afternoon or holidays. Grab a movie with the fam! Better to go to the Town Square location. We came here since it was close and it was already so late in the evening. I came in to use the restroom to find the handicap stall FULL of POOP and active LIVE BUGS!!! It seems this toilet has been left for days without any attention to its conditions for it to have LIVE bugs INSIDE the toilet covering the poop!! I've been going to this movie theater for about 10 years now and not once is this movie theater ever clean. The staff is nice, in their movie theaters have really nice chairs. But at the end of the day it is a corporation movie theater AMC tickets are not the cheapest movie theater tickets, so I do expect for the theater to be clean. I'm really starting to like AMC Theatres more and more. The seating is super comfortable, the recliners are roomy, and the armrest between the seats lifts up so you can snuggle, my little one can actually see the screen without any issues. We always bring a blanket, so we're extra relaxed. The theaters are clean every time we go, customer service is great, and the snacks never disappoint. The only downsides: the food is definitely pricier compared to other theaters, and the combos aren't really worth it. I also strongly dislike the big service fee they add per ticket when booking online it's so unnecessary and...don't get me started on the VA discount... it's barely over a dollar. Really? Family and I have been coming here a lot lately. I really like their seating and how tickets are much cheaper on Tuesday and Wednesday. They also take military license, but it's not that much of a discount. Customer service is always great, they have a bar you can order alcohol beverages, once you get your soda/icee cups it becomes self serve, they also have butter to top your popcorn. Customer service is always on point, their popcorn (large size) is on the small side but you do get a refill. Overall, our favorite place to watch movies lately. read more

what a bad experience from the moment we walked in.... You have to pay for your tickets outside before entering ( I suggest paying in advance) the moment we walked in it seemed like this place hasn't been cleaned since they've been opened. The concession area was absolutely filthy.. I can't imagine how it looks behind the counter. The floors were so sticky in the whole area, they had none of the collectors items for the movie I was going to see. The fountain drink area was filthy as well NO ICE in ANY of the fountains during the summer time is crazy. When we got to our seats, the theater was packed and someone was in our seat refusing to move claiming they bought the whole row... when my friend went to the front for help the employee got on the mic to call for help and no one answered and he proceeded to tell my friend "ugh no one ever answers me on here" like.... The floors in the theater are one level, so no matter where you sit the view is not elevated, even though the chairs are recliners you're still very close to the person next to you. Yikes, this theater is in need of a deep cleaning. I used to come here often as a teen. Since becoming a parent and Covid I just don't go to the movies much at all anymore. Came today to see the new Mario movie. Seats were pretty sold through on times I was considering so I bought tickets ahead of time online. The process was easy and seamless enough...but I saw a "convenience fee" of $9.96 added to my total. I bought 3 adult and 1 child tickets. But whatever we never go to the movies so it is what it is. Get to the theater and there's ample parking. Walked right in and had my tickets scanned. The employees were nice enough but you could immediately see how much food and trash was on the floors. The line for concessions was very slow, but we got there early and weren't in a rush. We get to our seats and before I get to sit down I see huge, sticky spills (probably soda) on two of our seats. I go out to find an employee to have the seats wiped down. Once that's done we watched the movie and it was fine. It was nice that it wasn't freezing in the theater and the seats were comfy. After the movie we go to the bathrooms and omg so dirty. Overfilled trash cans, floors are dirty. Yuck. It's a Friday night and it seemed like they were understaffed and just not on top of keeping the theater tidy. The chairs recline so far back and it feels very much like you are at home. The seating is plush and comfortable. I also love their wide variety of food and snack selections. It smells, there are paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor, the soap dispensers are empty, and it looks like no employee has been in the bathroom all day. I had a birthday month reward for a free large popcorn. I didnt go to the movies all month and realized I had the reward. I got there at 9.15pm after a late night at work and for some reason the coupon didn't work. It turns out that their reward program goes by east coast time. The two guys at the counter were very nice and let me use the reward when I showed them the email that it expired on 2.28.25 which was the same day I was using it. It's disappointing to see how far this theater has declined. After the remodel, it was one of the best theaters in the area, but it now feels dirty and poorly maintained. Several auditoriums appear to be out of service, the carpets are stained throughout, many of the reclining seats don't function properly, and some are sticky and clearly overdue for cleaning. The lack of upkeep is noticeable, and management seems to have let standards slip significantly. It's a shame because this theater used to be excellent. read more

I'm not sure what's going on with management at this theater but it's a travesty how filthy and trap house-ish this theater is. I think either millenials or GenZ is running the place and it's just a sh*t show currently. Broken crusty seats in the theater have remained like this for years. Horribly filthy carpets everywhere from the entrance and throughout. Interestingly movie screening quality is mostly on point along with cool air conditioning to escape the summer heat. Please be advised to stay clear of the bathrooms especially in the evening when movie showings let out. The floors were covered in wet spots mixed with popcorn, toilet paper, seat protectors, and paper towels. Water and soap spilled all over the counters and trash cans overflowing with trash. We asked for a refund politely and explained why. They didn't even ask who was doing it and what theater we were in so they were clearly not interested in stopping it. Yesterday, 07/01/2026, I took my 12 y/o godson to this theater, where we have gone many times before. On this occasion, in room 4 with Spider-Man's newest film, the theater was about 95% occupied. The cost: For an adult ticket, a child ticket, popcorn, Coca-Cola (2), and 2 small, low-quality gas-station pizza-style pizzas, I spent an exorbitant US $104.00. I spent the entire movie fanning myself with my baseball cap because the temperature was so high I was sweating. I thought it was only me, and when I looked around, I saw quite a few children doing exactly what I was doing to cool themselves down. My godson, the child next to me, and I had to bend our legs to avoid touching the leather seats with our legs, since we were wearing shorts. Touching the leather made us sweat. It was a very uncomfortable experience. The management knew that, a day before August, in the middle of our desert climate in Las Vegas, the indoor temperature needed to be brought down enough so the theater would stay cool and the audience could enjoy the film. I do have to point out: The staff was on point 10/10. Verdict: After this, I am NOT coming back to AMC; I am going to the Canery movie theater, which is much cooler in temp, with larger rooms and larger armchairs with trays (no trays in AMC room 4). For a $104.00 charge, I have to be treated accordingly. Sorry, but you'll never see me again there, nor anyone in my family. read more

It is my second time to watch a movie here. Auditoriums can hold a considerable number of people. Luxury loungers are comfortable and spacious. The Auditorium we were in looks clean and kind of full. Temperature is good. But the seat I was using isn't reclining. Good thing no one was seating on the aisle so I moved. That way, I have enjoyed more the movie. Ample parking. I had a few hours to kill so decided to go to AMC Rainbow Promenade 10 to watch a movie. The parking lot is huge and it is a stand-alone spot. I thought this would be next to a mall or something like that but it isn't. Once you walk inside there's a small area to buy some snacks and food. After you purchase that you have to scan your tickets with a nice lady and get to which spot you are at. Watched Wonka here and it wasn't bad. It had a nice reclining chair inside and the temperature of the inside was not too cold and not too warm. Overall it was an alright experience. The bathrooms could have been a little less messy but it's an alright place to watch a movie! read more

I try this theatre about once a year. Tt never fails to disappoint and somehow actually gets worse each year. Last night might be my last attempt. The place is absolutely FILTHY. Trash cans overflowing, garbage all over the floor (far beyond the expected popcorn here and there), the drink station was unbelievably disgusting, almost as if they attempted to coat everything in soda syrup (the counters, napkin holders, front and sides of the drink dispensers--it's hard to accurately describe how bad it was). Thankfully I didn't need to use the restroom because I shudder to think what that looked like. Then there was the staff. There were plenty of them present, but standing around talking while customers waited and then taking their sweet time when they did wait on them. The concept of "hustling" was not in their wheelhouse. We typically go to Cinemark or Regal and for comparison, the "large" popcorn at AMC is, at best, 2/3 the size of the other theatres for at least the same price, and it was burnt. Yeah. I can't see any reason to go here when there are multiple options that are FAR nicer within a very short drive. read more
