Four star theater. For what they have done with the space it's really something wonderful. I've been looking for a theater that has seats like these since moving back from California. Went today to watch Detective Pikachu and it kinda started off bad. Only one machine had ice so it was kinda wait your turn to get snag some from one of the four machines. Also two employees were at the register but they were only working on one station which also makes the line back up. Theater was nice when we got in large screen, good sound, comfortable seats that do recline. Now my big issue with I feel is a health concern. The bathrooms smelt of urine which I get you can't clean them all the time. There were pieces of toilet paper and water all over the floor. I noticed they had no paper towels and so I went to use the air dryer on the wall and when I looked down in it there was mold and some rolled up balls of something in there as well. This is completely unexcusable as that isn't something that pops up if you miss cleaning the bathroom for an hour. It left the women's restroom drying my hands on my pants. read more

The seats are in really bad condition, dirty and with the upholstery damaged, moreover as soon as we came in the theater we saw some employees sitting on the countertops where they serve the food, the employee taking our order was more interested in talking with the other employees than taking our order, he was in a hurry to get back to the conversation, we are never coming back. read more

This theater is awesome. Hands down the most comfortable movie seats ever, they are recliners that are huge and comfy and the arm rests go down for awesome cuddle time (if that's your thing) Its funny BC back in middle school/highschool when this was Loews, this theater was the last resort. It always smelled bad, was small and just really run down. Now, They do the whole reserved seating thing which is pretty cool, you get to see where you're going ti be able to sit when you're buying your tickets and if you're a planner, like me , it pays off to buy your tickets early. We went to the force awakens premiere here and the employees were all participating in dressing up for the event and were nice enough to take pictures they have a full bar and you can tell the bartender knows what he's doing (try the electric lemonade-its awesome ) The concession stand has a ton if options and they have those awesome serve your own drink/iced machines with unlimited refills Over all its always a great experience coming here - its our go to whenever our family wants to see a movie read more

Comfortable theater, best one in the area. I love that you can reserve your seats ahead of time. Only problem today I've noticed the last couple of times is that they don't have someone at the center to scan your phone for tickets. The dirtiest movie theater I have ever been in. They never clean the bathroom. The men's room has huge puddles under the urinals. I have been here several times in the past year. The cup holders in the seats are full of liquid. There is a large parking lot so you can always find a spot. I'm a frequent visitor of this AMC location and other locations. However, this time our movie was cancelled due to some sort of technical error in the projector. Every person had to be refunded, and it was a sold out theater in maybe the largest theater in the building. It was downright chaotic. HOWEVER: Management was ON TOP of it! It was a very stressful situation and they handled it the absolute best way they could. What's even cooler is that management was clearly very young; not a single manager appeared in fact, one male manager appeared to be over 30, maybe even 25! In fact, one looked no older than 18, yet he was the one going around helping as many people as possible. They all did great! Thank you, Rudy, Tyler, and Blake, for turning a nightmare into something positive. It wasn't their fault the film crashed, but it was nice that they did everything they could to ensure a riot didnt start. I'll be returning for sure! read more

The guest service girl threw away our gift card. She ended up returning the empty one to us. We ended up getting to our movie a a bit after the start due to the confusion. This place has fallen off quick. Bathrooms are in very unsanitary conditions. It is quite repulsive and inexcusable. The men's room floor was covered in urine and paper towels everywhere. My wife took my daughter to the women's room and there was no toilet paper at all. The theater, number 5 to be exact, has a very damp feel and smell of urine as well. Notice a theme. Seats are ripped and very raggedy looking place. To add to it while attempting to watch the 7:15 showing of wonder women, they place had the music playing through the small speakers in the isle. It only took an hour and a half for any employee to come in and see if me, and a few other movie goers, were telling the truth. If management can not see this, and smell it, themselves, this place won't last much longer. I can assure you I'll find one further way just to feel a bit cleaner. I will be calling to talk to upper management tomorrow. read more

Love this movie theater w/ seats to reserve. Had a mother/son day planned out this past Saturday. In middle of my 2 jobs the Wed Before purchased both tickets and reserved our favorite seats. Sat, we showed up and they had switched the movies playing in what theaters. Didn't bother to plug in those like me whom have PrePaid tickets. They DidNot have my seats. Only had very front row where your neck hurts. Was Extremely upset as my Mother/ Son day was now ruined. This is not the first time we have had issues with this theater, sadly. Sometimes Very dirty. Once, back in July, so bad the manager gave my group and 2 other groups Free passes because the theater was That dirty! I travel 10-15 mins to come to this theater instead of going to the One about 2 mins away because of the Preselected seats and comfort seats. I used to love coming here but the past few months it seems like it's going downhill. They are very understaffed at the snack bar and the people working it don't seem to know what they are doing. Also, and this isn't really the theaters fault with the exception that they don't do anything about it. The last two movies I've seen the people in the theater are ignorant and obnoxious. Talking consistently through the film, several people on their phones, a guy asleep and snoring, a couple of screaming kids who's parents were doing nothing about it. And as I said, the theater not paying attention to these things and doing nothing about them. And lastly the lobby/ is ALWAYS filthy and the soda machines constantly out of ice. I like amc for the reserved reclining seats and I am a Stubbs rewards member and have been for 2 years but I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

My wife and I have different work schedules but we both had Tuesday night off so we decided to go see a movie. Big mistake. Tuesday is $5 ticket night and the dregs of Spring came out last night. We had the "pleasure" of sitting behind a family who had bought the entire row and some of the seats in our row as well. We got to deal with nonstop talking, cellphones being used and, the best, one asshole decided to start vaping in the auditorium. We usually visit this location on the weekends but forget it. Go to the Willowbrook location instead. read more

Wow. Thats all i can say. The new renovations are amazing. I use to go to AMC all the time when i was a kid but we stopped going because of the condition of the theater. After hearing and seeing that they had renovated the place i knew that i had to try it out for myself. The reclining seats are amazing and super comfortable. Its like watching at home. The theater is also super close to where i live i could practicality walk there. Im really happy that they renovated the place and will continue to go to this place instead of all the way in the woodlands. Cheaper and less gas. read more

So tonight is my last visit to this theater. You may have heard the expression, a monkey ____________ a football. For the last two times we've attended a film, the concession lines have been crazy. Tonight topped it. Tonight. Lines out of control and when you finally get to the front THEN they tell you what they are out of/still making. So, you want popcorn. It's another 15 minute wait. Don't come here if you can avoid. The projector burned twice during the showing of Once Upon A Time in Hollywood, once in the beginning of the movie and once halfway through. The screen suddenly went black; a few seconds later, the whole theater shutdown. It was like blackout. There was no staff to ask for help in the lobby. It ruined the whole movie experience for everyone. We never got to see the rest of the movie which we paid for. Everyone was extremely disappointed and left. I rarely leave a review, but I had to, so everyone and the management can see the current situation of AMC 10. Won't return to this filthy, dirty, low-maintenance theater. read more

This place has all the potential in the world. The amenities are there and the upgrades are really nice. However, the complete lack of maintenance and cleanliness is very disappointing. The seats had candy and butter smeared on them the bathrooms had clearly not been touched all day. the floor around the soda fountain was completely sticky from being ignored all day. I asked a worker for a towel so I could clean the butter and candy off of my seat and he told me I could go get some napkins...Very disappointing to see how poorly run this location is. read more

This place was awesome when it was first renovated in 2014, but there is something musty in the air in theater 5 and maybe other theatres now. They need some dehumidifiers or something. Still love the reclining leather chairs, coca cola freestyle soda machines, and reserved seating. Employees were friendly and helpful. I just can't get over the musty theater. I'll be honest, I was a little upset when they were upgrading the theater. I really enjoyed having the whole theater to ourselves, not having to wait in line. But this theater was yearning for an upgrade, and wow am I impressed. I'm hooked the seats are amazing, assigned seating is genius, and these concessions are fast. Each individual seat is about twice the size of regular movie theater seats. They recline completely, the comfort allow you to completely get lost in a movie. They do take away from being able to talk to the person next to you, but I'm really not much of a talker during a movie. The assigned seating makes it less problematic for us, running to everything folk, to actually catch a movie. The problem with other theaters is if you're not 20 minutes early to a popular showing, you'll get stuck with horrible seats. Buying your tickets online lets you pick your exact seats and you can get there 5 minutes after the movie starts. **Pro tip** the theater is still pretty small all the seats are pretty good. read more

Been to most all the theaters writhing a 30 mile radius and this is by far the only one worth the price. I came pre renovation and it was a sad place but now it's amazing! The seats are really the best, make sure to reserve online, better for planned events. I give it 4 stars because their bar is super expensive. A small margarita is $10! And it's super nasty!... This is a comfortable movie theater and we enjoy the comfort seating. My biggest issue is the men's room, it's filthy. There is spittle on the wall that appears to have been there for some time.
