I purchased my son and his friends tickets online and it said 12 or under this price and they are 14. So they have to pay adult price. I dropped them off to see the movie which is R and they wouldn't let them in unless I went as well. I have no problem with you not letting my son in an R movie because he's "not old enough" but if you're going to charge him as an adult then he should be able to go watch it as one. That or you charge him a child's charge and stop ripping people off. read more

We came to see a movie on 4/25/26 & the lady Smitty didn't ask us for our phone number to get our rewards for buying popcorn & pop all we got from here was attitude. Place is a filthy dump. Hasn't properly been cleaned in forever. Many of the reclining seats don't work. The one I'm in, the heat won't go off. Unplugged it! The other one won't recline. Same thing last time we were here. Save your money. AMC is a failing business and they couldn't care less. I can't believe I came back to this place. read more

Do not come to this AMC! The theater room was hot and had a weird smell. The screen also had the effect of a 3D movie even though we were in the normal viewing. Also there was like a million mosquitos flying around. My family and I just wanted to escape the heat in a chilled theater but nope. read more

I'm from the great state of Texas and was in Oklahoma visiting family. I went to go watch a movie as AMC West End Pointe 8, was the nearest movie house to me in Mustang. This place looked really nice from the inside as well as the outside with plenty of parking. I was greeted by the sweetest, prettiest young lady working behind the concession/ticket counter, Ms. Kylie. In fact she was the reason I came back to this fir a second time. People like her make my visit very memorable. They have great popcorn, freestyle soda dispensers, cleanest restrooms and auditoriums. Ms. Kylie was the sole reason I visited twice in one week. She should get a promotion she has great customer skills. read more

Terrible Experience Went to this AMC to watch the remastered Revenge of the Sith and the screen looked like it had a 3D filter on the whole time, even though it was supposed to be a standard showing. Several people (including myself) complained, but the staff said there was nothing they could do and didn't offer any kind of refund or compensation. There were multiple other theaters offering this showing -- I chose wrong. Absolutely horrible quality and even worse customer service. I won't be coming back. read more

Yukon is home, so I can't complain about having a local movie theater. It's nice to have a spot around the corner. It's a little run down, but they've been there for a long time. I wish the reclining seats weren't restricted with the walls, but it's nice they are heated! read more

Having a theater close to home is great but this building needs some attention. I feel this also causes more stress to the staff, which were great but given what they have they are the ones that hear from the customers. That's rough when it is out of your control. Movie going here is okay. The few times we chose to attend this theater (usually in the evenings) there was no wait. The staff does fine, they get us our popcorn and let us into the movie. It's not the nicest or most impressive theater, but we aren't expecting much anyways. The tickets are cheaper at Harkins in Bricktown, but this theater is much closer to our house. One time, due to inclement weather, we chose to ask for a refund on our tickets, and it wasn't issued as quickly as expected. We called the theater, and they were no problem to work with to get the refund, I just had to come in person. This last week we watched a movie, and the audience was distracting. There was a toddler whining, and the mother was letting them watch an iPad, or at least that's how it sounded, to distract them. I heard the iPad's children's videos throughout the movie, and it was annoying. I think the pandemic has ruined my movie-going expectations, haha. The theaters are nice and updated, where the seats are individualized like a lazy boy recliner, and you can use buttons to recline the seat or put up a footrest. The rows also increase in height, so there isn't anyone blocking your view. The best part are the seat warmers, those are my favorite. We'll be back from time to time but will probably stream more movies from home. read more

Probably the worst movie experience I have ever had. I went through something like this about two years ago at this theater and swore I wouldn't come back, but like an idiot I did. First the movie was so dark that the contrast wasn't even correct with the film causing it to lose much of the detail. You would have probably had a better viewing experience watching a pirated version from someone's cell phone. Second purchased a large Dr. Pepper for 7$ before I was told that they had no Dr. Pepper then refused to give me a refund. The clerk was a total jerk about it. Third, I don't even think they had a heater on. I spent the first 45 minutes of the movie debating whether I should leave because the picture quality was so bad and the theater was cold, but from the attitude of the clerk, I doubt I would have gotten a refund. Avoid it, go to a good reputable theater...this one is not one. read more

We purchased the 10:15 p.m. movie on a Thursday night from the AMC app a few days before the date then drove over an hour to get there. We arrive at 9:40 p.m. to find the doors locked. The employees inside ignored our knocking and trying to tell them we had tickets on the app. For 10 mins we banged on the door until a man finally opened it and said they were closed...We told him we had tickets for 10:15 pm and he stated, "Oh that movie was canceled." My husband demanded a refund. We don't get to see a movie very often and thought it would be nice for our anniversary. We were treated so rudely by being ignored. never received a notification that it was canceled. would have been nice to save our gas since we live so far away. So disappointing! read more

Horrible experience... it was freezing in the theater. Literally 45 degrees. When asked about turning up the heat I was told they only turn on the heat 15 minutes after movie start. I love this theater! They recently remodeled all of their theaters and now include reserved, recliner seating, MacGuffey's bar, and a full concession stand. The theaters are always clean and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint about this AMC is that they use the ticket line for the concessions line also. So, if you buy your tickets in advance, be prepared to wait in line for snacks. Overall, I've never had a bad experience at this location. Glad they updated to the AMC experience. read more

My family and I were at this location last night 11/18/21 to see The Eternals. There were only about 15-20 people in the theater. Of those, there were 5 teenagers sitting in the back row. Those teenagers talked, stomped and made noise through out the movie. I counted 4 adults (including myself) that went to complain to management about the constant disruptions. A staff member came in and talked to the kids but the noise didn't stop, it just got worse. The apparent manager on the shift was not willing to eject the kids because one of the adults used a "cuss" word when talking to the kids. Upon our departure, we were offered coupons good at an AMC theater. But that doesn't excuse the kids' or "manager's" behavior. If anything at all we will be using the coupons at a different AMC to see that movie again since it was such a distraction. This was a horrible movie experience, we were really looking forward to the movie as we are all Marvel fans. I can only hope the other adults affected will contact AMC as well and get the issue resolved. We are not happy to have memberships and get this kind of service. read more

This isn't a luxury theater, but it will do from time to time. Matinees are great because the lines are short. Because it's out in Yukon, people treat it like home and bring blankets. The lines can get surprisingly long on the weekends and Friday nights. They recently changed from employees filling drinks to fill your own drinks at Coke freestyle machines. Well the freestyle machines don't make their own ice, so the employees have to bring over buckets of ice to fill them from the top. They don't keep track of it very well, so they often run out of ice. Sometimes it's worth it for the low price. Other times, I'd rather pay more and get a really comfy seat at a different theater in the city. (They just have standard seats here.) read more

You can score a great $5 deal on a movie and at the concession stand plus they have $1 hot dogs. The outside is nice but the look is certainly deceiving. There is a rotating, clucking chicken toy dispenser that has absolutely NO eggs to dispense. My biggest issue is the women's restroom. The trash can was overflowing, the paper towel dispenser was broken, tissue and paper towels were all over the floor, a stall was missing a door (surprisingly that was the cleanest stall)and several toilets "weren't flushed" (that was the nicest way I could put it). The "out of order" sign on the feminine products dispenser spoke for the whole restroom. I wouldn't have eaten from there if I had of gone to the restroom first. read more

Great theatre but cold like every other theater just bring a cover‍. Did matinee so lower costs

WORST THEATER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! NO spacing between the seats which some didn't recline. No toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap in the ladies room. No food at the concession stand other than candy. No change in the cash drawers to make change. I will never go there again. read more

The location of this theater is the only reason its gets 1 Star. Otherwise I would give a 0 if I could. Everything as you have probably read in other reviews is dirty. The coke and popcorn station were a complete mess. Not to mention , WHY would you keep the lights on during the entire section of previews! Oh and by the way we are now 25 min in and still on the previews. Movie has still yet to start..... and lights are STILL ON. read more

I have always liked coming to this local theater and was recently surprised that they were changing to AMC. I am an AMC Stubs member so I was very pleased. But my recent trip was chaotic. The concession line was long and it seemed they did not have enough employees. For it being a weekend, new movies out, families going out together, it was unacceptable. Yes, I understand this is probably a big transition for them, but opening both sides of the concession bar would have been nice. The matinee prices are great! Hoping to see this theater pop up on my AMC app! I still love this place and location! read more

Saw Jumanji tonight (6:45) with the wife and had yet another great experience at AMC! We each ordered the Kid's Pack (it's way cheaper for us, especially because we hardly ever finish a large popcorn), which comes with a kid's popcorn, small drink, and a pack of fruit snack gummies. The staff was super friendly and worked quickly to get everyone taken care of. They also made sure to check frequently for online ticket orders to save them time waiting in line. If you're a Stubs member, then your online "convenience fee" is waived when you buy tickets through their site. Makes it a lot easier! The seating area in the theater was cleaned very well. Seats around the ones we chose are starting to get a little stained and a bit worn, but I think that's somewhat expected given how busy this theater is! We have gone to this theater several times and we will be returning! read more

This is a poorly managed theater all around. They have one line that handles both tickets AND concessions. So if you bought your tickets online, you still have to wait in the ticket line just to get some popcorn. Also, this is at 7 pm on a Friday, so the line was literally out the door. It's one thing to be poorly staffed, but the entire operation is poorly laid out which adds to the delays. I've been to this theater several times and this error continues to get worse. What's worse is they've tried making changes - it's just changing for the worse. read more

It's amazing how cheap movie theaters are in Oklahoma. Sure we may not have the nicest ones, but it's hard to beat for the price. I usually go out to Moore and watch my movies at Warren, but since this location is close by, I find myself settling for West End Pointe every once in awhile. So I think tickets are usually $7, but with a student discount, it gets brought down to $5. They also have $1 hotdogs which is a first for me at a theater. Nothing special. And of course, all the snacks are ridiculously overpriced. Nothing new here. The theaters aren't huge but they're decently sized for the size of this building. Seats are pretty basic but they're not horrible. The quality of the projector could definitely be better though. It doesn't look too sharp sometimes and it looks really dim too. I noticed that it was incredibly hard to see things when there was a really dark scene in the movie. These are things that I don't see happening at better theaters like Warren or Harkins. So again, it's not the best quality (in my experience at least), but for a cheap price and decent viewing experience, it's hard to gripe. read more

I have been three times now and three times I have sweat my ass off while sitting in the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS IMAGINABLE! This place is a joke and I can promise to whoever reads this, I am not exaggerating. The soda machines rarely work, the A/C certainly doesn't work, and lastly the "updated reclining chairs" have the comfortability rating of a toilet after your legs fall asleep. What kind of reclining chair doesn't go back all the way?? Whatever - if I could give this place negative stars I would. 0/10 recommend - heed my warning and go elsewhere, you'll thank me for it. read more

I don't go to the movies very often anymore and decided to go to see how the theater was after the new upgrades they did. This theater now has recliner seats, more comfortable but wAy less seating in each theater (a good thing to keep in mind if you plan on walking to purchase tickets for a popular movie and time). You now buy the tickets and choose your seat before you head in. Again, a good thing to keep in mind if you want to sit together with a large party. The seats are definitely more comfortable, although they are narrow than the average recliner seat in most theaters that have this. The theater also now serves alcohol and has a few more food options. I went in the morning for an early show time and only spent around 5$ on a ticket, I can handle that price :) I was able to enjoy my experience here. read more

This theater is horrible! If I'm BUYING my 16 year kid's tickets, Obviously, I approve of the movie! But they WILL not sell a ticket unless I GO to the movie too! This is ridiculous! This policy needs to change! If a parent buys the ticket in person, the child should be allowed! Just about EVERY movie is R rated. On top of this, it's run by a bunch of teens anyway so it's always dirty. I won't be back. read more

I've basically grown up going to this movie theatre. They renovated the theaters with really nice and comfy chairs. My only complaint are the people who can't be silent during the movie, but that's not West End Pointe's fault! read more

This place is okay if you want to go to the movies without spending a fortune! However; just remember, you get what you pay for! It isn't the nicest movie theater and their customer service is mediocre. We went to see "Jumangi" the day after Christmas and we stood in line for almost 10 minutes when they told us that movie was sold out. REALLY? They could have made an announcement so we could have got out of line. Oh well, like I said before, you get what you pay for. read more

Tonight was my first time visiting this theater. It is a smaller theater with no reserved seats. As we pulled up there were no outside lights lit on the building, this was at 9pm. It was very dark and seemed unwelcoming. We walked inside and there is one person at the counter scanning tickets and selling tickets. One guy was working the concession stand. The popcorn was stale and cold. When we walked into the theatre after the "cleaning" it was very dirty. Popcorn was everywhere and other food/drink items were on the floor. This theater has the appearance of a discount theater, but it is not. For my money I will go to Quail Springs or Penn Square. read more
