Lucky I can't leave a negative rating. A/C doesn't work. We selected this location because it offers beer. We get there the sign says bartender is out but any associate can assist. If by assist you mean telling in a rude manner the bartender is out and no alcohol will be served then yes an associate will help you. Hands down the best movie theatre I've been to since the covid started happening. We went to the amc by crossroads mall and that was an awful. The concession Luke was quick. I felt extra safe with the police officers there, but now I'm wandering why they're we're so many lol, oh well. The seats were awesome, the movie (space jam) was great! I have to say I have been coming here since this place was opened. Long before AMC took it over. Since then the place has gone down hill. The AC does not work half of the time. They lose power randomly. The bathrooms are always nasty. AMC please step up your game. read more

I have been here for many movies during the day. The theatre is always clean and the staff is nice. I never had an issue with this theatre until I went to see Pitch Perfect 2. Upon arrival, the theatre was very warm and was just going to get warmer as it filled up. My husband told the staff and within about 15 minutes we could tell it was cooler. They had a few issues getting the preview started but it was eventually fixed. Once the feature film came on I noticed it was very hard to hear. Some of the people around me were saying the same thing so I went to tell the staff and the guy said he would get a manager in to fix it right away. Luckily the sound was turned up quickly and we didn't miss too many of the songs. It seems the staff didn't try to work out the kinks before showing the movie. This is a good theatre and we will definitely be going back. read more

Great place to see a movie if you don't want to pay outrageous prices for new releases. But, the last few times I've been there the lines for tickets and concessions have been longer than the lines at Walmart. The ice machine was out of ice before and after our movie. 7pm on a Saturday night one would think they'd open up both concession areas. They had enough employees so staffing wasn't an issue. The theater is clean and I really can't complain since for 3 of us to see a new release was $15 total. I'll be back of course because I'm cheap when going to movies. Just think management should run the theater a little smoother. read more

Nice new reserved seating and renovated surroundings. The ticket purchasing and concession line is slower than any other theater we've patronized and we went thru the "Premier" line. It needs streamlining. The grounds and parking lot outside are littered and unappealing. We'll continue to travel across town to a more efficient, better maintained and competitively priced theater chain. read more

My wife and I go to this theater all the time. And we really enjoy the popcorn here. But unfortunately the last couple of times we've visited the theater and ordered popcorn. It was so salty that I could not bear to eat it. I even went to the concession stand and was given a different batch. And it continued to be extremely salty. Something has changed about the way they make the popcorn here or whoever is is making it doesn't know what they're doing.Unless it changes I will never order popcorn here again. read more

You know going to a movie is supposed to be an adventure all in itself, even before your movie starts. The staff has zero people skills and are more concerned with their own conversations rather than the customers experience. Trash, in the hallways, in the theaters, bathrooms, everywhere. All of the FIFTEEN previews the lights stayed on? I would leave zero stars, however they do have some Paunch burger sizes for Icees so that deserves a star. read more

This place sucks. The only reason we come to this location, is that it's close to home. Takes forever to get tickets. Workers are unorganized. The auditoriums aren't cleaned between showings, and the seats feel grimy. They need to go to Warren and see how a movie theater should be run. This place reminds me of a cheap dollar theater, but full priced. If I spend almost 40 bucks to watch a movie with my wife, I should have a better experience. read more

Recently renovated (July 2019). Customer service was wonderful and their new reclining chairs are a huge plus!! I was able to skip the ticket lines by purchasing them through the AMC app, and was awarded a bonus $5 credit for the concession stand. I had been struggling for two days to get to a particular movie. We had some things come up that prevented us from getting to the theater on time. Since it was opening night, the only seats available were on the front row. We could not physically look at the screen. My husband asked an employee what options we might have, and he immediately gave us some 3D glasses so we could catch the next showing an hour later. This manager took an evening that could have been lousy and turned it into a fantastic experience. This was already the only theater we will visit, but that simply reaffirmed one of the reasons we choose to come here - the employees are always pleasant and helpful. In addition, the theaters are generally clean (they can't help if customers are clumsy or careless), the concession and ticket prices are very reasonable, and we always have a good time! read more

I went to see a movie here today got there five minutes early waited 20 minutes for previews to start after 15 minutes of previews the movie started to what I thought was out of focus but turned out to be the 3-D version which I looked around and nobody had any 3-D glasses on. So after several people got up and complained they finally turned it off we waited another 10 minutes for them to start the movie again set through another 20 minutes of previews just to find out it was the wrong movie.Witch means we sat there for more than an hour waiting on them to even start the movie.I would suggest going anywhere other than this place it without a doubt has to be absolutely the most incompetent people in any business I've ever been to. Ug.... don't go into theater number 5!!! We were there tonight and half way through the movie the AC went out. It got hot real fast with as many people that there ware in there to see a new release. I went out to ask if they could adjust the temp and the guy said the AC was out. No sorry, no nothing... I went back in to finish the movie (very reluctantly) and that is when the smell hit me. I smelled like bad BO and feet... disgusting! I watched the rest of my movie from the hall way entrance area, which was about 30 minutes. When the employees came to open the doors to get ready to clean, I could hear them laughing about the stench that they could smell and the heat they felt when they opened the doors IT WAS AWFUL! Someone call a priest because this place needs a miracle only Jesus can provide. This place is falling apart. It's old, it's outdated, and by AMC theaters standards, it's embarrassing. Went to watch a certain movie, the projector is broken. Walked into one of there theaters and it wasn't even cleaned from the previous showing. The staff that I have encountered were really young high school girls , but were helpful as mature which is a big positive. The best part about this place is the quality reflects the price. $6.25 - $6.75, or whatever it is. Theater has a lot of potential, and room for improvement. We arrived at the theater and went into the ladies restroom on the right side. Three stalls were not working and air filters above the stalls were 1-2 inches covered in lent. The front lobby was ok but could use a good sweep but they had been open an hour or so. The fountain area was not clean at all. The Icee machine was not properly function. Walking towards the screen room 5 there was popcorn that had not been sweeper or vacuumed in several days. The popcorn and dirty was packed into the carpet thru the main hall and hall going to screen room. There was electric outlets was up to code and potential danagers. Then once in the theater the stairs are not lite nor had yellow safety strips on the edge of the steps, major safety hazard. The floors per row had not been sweeped in possibly weeks. There was old candy, food, popcorn and split drinks under and between the rows of seats. The seats were nasty and matted in drink, food and dirty. They had not been sanitized in a long time. My sister did go get the manager while took pictures. The manager did not show any concern of the appearance of the theater. He kept saying he would refund our money. We explained that is no the point. The point is there are legitimate health and safety codes that were not updated or not being followed. We are out of town and made a point to stop at this theater because we had a previous good experience there. Moving forward we will not be back and we will be posting to social media and yelp. read more

The prices are cheap and the theater is nice and has always been clean when we come. We arrived in the theater 10 minutes early only to watch 35 minutes of previews before the movie actually started (25 min after the showtime). The option to purchase tickets online and just scan your code when you arrive is awesome. read more

easy access location, fairly new facility --- reasonably/ acceptably clean by my experiences ---movies always start 15-20 minutes after posted movie time due to seemingly excessive previews and advertising --- so a posted start time 1:10 movie actually starts at like 1:30 - I would prefer they start the previews, etc. well ahead of the posted movie time --- the admission and concession staff is all young and generally indifferent in service and attitude (some good, some bad) -- BUT my theater of choice; I am not a mall person read more
