Nice theater overall, but not my favorite. It is clean, with a lot of screens and centrally located at Westroads. The seats are updated and comfortable, but they are not the big cushy, super recliner types in some theaters. This is a completely acceptable place to catch a movie. My biggest complaint was that the last time we were there, we had to go track down an employee to have someone start our movie, 15 minutes after it should have started. read more

Decided to go see a movie after leaving the Cheesecake Factory since this theater was not far away. The guy is leaning over the counter as if he didn't want to work or be there. I went with a friend as he ask what movie you want to see I said the Tyler perry movie he then told me my Total and asked for my I.D I looked at him and was like are you serious I haven't been to the movie in years let alone this was not even a rated r movie so I said to him again are you really serious. I am well over my teenage years and don't even much look like I'm under 20 that was beyond annoyed. I was not disappointed when I chose this theater. They had just put in a new IMAX projector for The Winter Soldier, and they had recalibrated the sound systems to new levels. When the show started, my clothes vibrated in the direction of the bass. It was the most intense & adreniline filled sound experience of my movie going career. When it showed Godzilla at the end of the trailer, the entire auditorium vibrated with its deafining roar. Having said that, if you're sensitive to loud noises or motion sickness, this IMAX is not for you. The one is Council Bluffs, IMO, is less intense. I personally can't wait for the next IMAX movie. I just hope someone doesn't complain and get the managers to tone down the volume to tamer levels, as I expect to get my money's worth when I drop $50 at a theater. Keep rockin AMC! read more

This auditoriums have been disgusting with spilled food all three times I have been there in the past couple months. Concessions are WAY overpriced and twice have had issues on the food I have tried to order (i.e. no buns for a slider, turned grill off two hours before the last show time, etc.) This theatre has become really rundown ever since AMC took it over. read more

Like to come here for a movie, close to mall, decent chairs, but only thing is overpriced snacks I mean who pays for over $20 for a medium popcorn and 2 drinks. Not to mention the ticket prices are jacked up to like $20 and it coasts about $40 just to see a movie with my family. The service at the cashier is decent but I would expect better for a $40 movie theatre. Overall I believe this theatre is very expensive, poor service and not the best I've ever been to. read more

f I could give it a minus I would. I had had a rough day...just wanted to go to something mindless to forget about everything. Went to a 6 p.m. show (Batman v Superman-totally mindless)...but had not eaten. The movie was SO bad that partway through I thought "What difference would it make if I went out to get something to eat...I couldn't miss that much and if I did not a big loss"...I came from the theater side...there was already quite a line. With only 3 personnel behind the food counters and families wanting everything...we all waited and waited and waited...Probably a good ten minutes had passed...I was finally next in line when an employee came and said that we needed to move on the other side of the rope...that this side was for "Special people who had AMC Rewrd Cards or something like that"...In the meantime a couple of women had shown up just seconds before and had gotten into that line...He made us (who had been waiting already 10-15 minutes get behind this couple of women who just showed up because they were on the "right side" of the rope. I asked to talk to the manager. He said he was sorry but we were on the wrong side of the rope. He then pointed out that there was a sign...back by the front door...which was not in sight if were coming from the movie theater....I told him how unfair it was..that I was in the middle of a movie and had already waited patiently because he did not have ENOUGH help to handle the existing line of people...I then asked for my money back...He DID return it...I then started to head back to the theater to get my jacket which was in the seat...and he starts with...I've refunded your money YOU can't go back and watch the movie....I finally had it with him...and told him that I was going back to get my f***ing jacket...He then called security on me...I'm 60+ and of no threat to him...I can't believe that he is such a jerk...I asked who the owner was and he said he was. I will NEVER go back to that theater again...And the bathrooms were a pig stye too! Also, as a followup I did call back to get the name of the "Stubs Premier" group...I found out the the person I spoke to was NOT ONLY NOT the owner, but not even a manager. I did finally talk to the General Manager...Apparently this system, i.e. one line for premier and one for us regular folks is just a new thing that was implemented only 2 weeks ago...He, of course, was very apologetic...especially when he found out that the person that I had spoken to had said he was the "Manager" and "Owner"...I offered my suggestions, i.e.either an area that was set aside just for the premier people so it would not get confused with the regular customers or better signage...Again, when I came out of the theater to go toward the concessions stands there were NO visible signs that showed one line from another.... I hope they get their bugs worked out...I used to enjoy going to that theater...I live mid-town...I can go to other theaters but won't be going back to the Westroad's AMC anytime in the near future... read more

a very nice movie theatre...especially when before 5pm movies are only 4.50...people that work here are usually friendly and the popcorn is always good...Now if only popcorn and soda wasn't so damn expensive...oh well... read more

Worst projectionism EVER. Went to see, "The Avengers 2, Age of Ultron." The screen was so dark, we could barely make out faces. All we could see is black and the occasional flash of light during action scenes. I got up to notify the manager of the issue 1/4 of the way into the movie to see if the projectionist could make a "brightness/contrast" correction, but nothing happened. It got darker and darker and we ended up having to leave because all we could see was black, dark grey and no color at all. We were allotted passes, and the manager said, "everything looks just fine and there are not problems the projectionist can see." Really? Nobody at all came down to the theater to take a look at what the patrons are seeing. When we left, there were only two patrons left in the theater. There can't be much profit in that, can there, AMC? Fortunately, there are other, better AMC theaters in Omaha. read more

Seats are far below average for theaters now a days....picture and sound were good tho.
