I absolutely love this move theatre. My boyfriend & I love seeing movies, we come almost every Tuesday. It's such a fun & simple date night for us. I love coming on Tuesdays because of the cheaper movie ticket promotion I get with rewards. The reward program is a great and you actually earn money back + get free popcorn on Tuesdays. The food is so good every single time. We love the pizza, fried pickles & buffalo chicken wrap. Also, love the ladies working the bar on Tuesdays, they are the best :) We always look forward to spending our Tuesday nights here! read more

My sister and I took my daughter and my niece's to see KPOP Demon Hunters here a few months ago and it was a good experience. I have also been here a few times over the years and it's always a pleasant experience. The place was hopping but we were able to scan our tickets, order concessions, and find a seat in no time. The seats are pretty comfortable and the picture and sound were really good as well. I would definitely go back to Marcus Twin Creek Cinema in the future as they have special screenings on past and present movies that my AMC doesn't offer. read more

Great concessions...reclining and relaxing chairs...we picked our own seating area in advance...what more do you need for a movie over 2 hrs long???? We caught a showing of Lilo & Stitch at Marcus Twin Creek Cinema and had a great experience overall. This theater checks a lot of boxes -- reclining cushioned seats (so comfy), a full restaurant with in-seat food delivery, and even a full bar. The kids loved lounging back with their popcorn, and we appreciated the extra touches -- including a surprise live actor playing "Megan 2.0" before the movie started. Totally unexpected and really fun. That said, we're dropping a star for one frustrating detail: I tried to order an Aperol Spritz, and while the bartender knew how to make it and had all the ingredients, he said corporate wouldn't allow it since it wasn't on the menu. Apparently, they can't ring it up in the system, so no-go -- even though they literally had everything right there. It's a small thing, but also a silly one. A little too much red tape for a casual night out. Still, it's a really nice, massive theater with great amenities and a fun atmosphere. We'd definitely go back -- Aperol Spritz or not. read more

I really like this theater for the convenience in location. Staff here is friendly and I can always get into see a movie. My only reason for lack of stars is because it always feels kind of dirty everywhere....the red chairs are all kind of black, cracked, and sometimes don't recline, the fountain soda area is always sticky on the floor, messy around the counter, I hate to say this because I do like this theater. Our go-to movie spot. So many theaters have shut down or are run poorly post-COVID. Marcus is really nice. The screens are large, and the sound is full. The concessions prices are not outrageous. They do have Pepsi rather than Coke, which is a bummer. The seats are SO comfortable. I love the recliner option.Weve been here 5 or 6 times and have not found a broken seat. Always keep an eye out for the deal days - they have $5 mystery movies, $5 student days, etc. I like how close it is to everything including what could be a pre or post meal! Also on the inside is super nice. I have never had a bad experience from the staff or the theater itself. They have the most popular movies. I've been coming to this theater since it was built but this was my first visit since 2018. Online purchasing has improved but the process of scanning my digital ticket was a pain tonight due to the customer ahead of me buying a ticket to the wrong theater. The ticket scanner and manager spent way too much time trying to fix her ticket and let a line of people build up. But once I finally got past that, everything was great. Seats were comfortable and in good repair, sound and video quality were great, and bathrooms were clean. It takes a special movie to get me into a theater anymore, but I'd use Marcus Twin Creek again to see it. read more

We came here as a last minute idea on a cold day and I'll definitely be going back. Once you walk through the front doors there is a restaurant to the right where you can get a bite to eat before the show. You also have the option of concessions as well. It is a beautiful facility and very clean. Everyone that we came into contact with was extremely helpful. The price is fair for a movie theater. Inside the theater was beautiful. The seats are chosen when you buy your ticket (online was very easy). The chairs are made out of leather and have an electric reclining option. Loved it. Also, bring a blanket if you go. Not because it's cold, but those chairs are very comfortable to snuggle up in. I enjoy watching movies at this theater solely because I can recline my chair! The lounge seats are comfy for my husband and I to relax in. They are worn from what I could tell, but I expect it with the top row, middle seats. The theater has been fairly clean each time we've been (even in the drink station area), and the bathrooms are usually clean too. I like their rewards program, and I like their offer military prices. Overall upgrade wish would be for them to offer some alcohol options. read more

We went to see a movie and found the theater to be very clean and the seats comfortable. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and popcorn. The popcorn is always good with plenty of butter. We were pleasantly surprised to find the pizza was as good as any you could order in a restaurant. The crust was thin and crispy and the sauce was tasty. There were plenty of pepperonis. This theater has really gone down hill. We went last night to see the 8pm showing of "Fall". (Good movie btw). Service was slow at the concessions which is the norm here, Icee machine was gross, no napkins, etc. etc. Thirty minutes into the movie (not into the trailers, into the movie itself). A family of 7 people including two toddlers showed up. The kids ran around the entire theater, talked the entire time, cried during the gory scenes (it's not a movie for toddlers at all). I'd be surprised but this has been my experience the last three times I've come here, people answer cell phone calls, they bring blankets from home, kids wander the rows. It's like watching a movie at a gross daycare. I'm done with this theater. The recliners are awesome but not worth it. Alamo moving forward or Netflix at home. The "theater experience" is non-existent at this theater. read more

Went in today to watch the Nun 2 (R rated movie). Did not bring ID with me because no employee has EVER asked me for one. The lady giving us our tickets asked for ID and i politely explained I didn't bring it because they never ask for it. I said I have a picture of the ID and that's when the problem started. She instantly had an attitude and was belittling me. She was slamming her fingers on the table while mocking the sign reading ID for R rated movies. I was very disappointed with this treatment as all I said to her was that I didn't know I needed one because no other workers have ever asked for my ID. The location is a bit off of the beaten path but the building itself is really nice! The staff was super friendly and efficient. Nice bright and clean bathrooms. I wish there were soda fountains on either side of the concession stand but what's a couple extra steps ;). The theater was a bit chilly but otherwise very comfortable. read more

We did drive in and it was a good experience. I was thinking it was going to be a flop, since this isnt a drive thru movie theater. Hope they do this again next summer, as it was nice going with family without having to all go inside. This Marcus Theatre is quite good. It's large, has dine in food options in the lobby OR in the movie itself, and it has reclining seats. Tuesdays are best days to go, as movie prices are much cheaper. It gets busy, but it's worth it if you book ahead. Earn member points for things like free popcorn, drinks, and $5 off. read more

on this date (7/27/2023) the women at the front desk taking tickets was so rude to begin with. We were going to see "Talk To Me" which is a R-rated movie. I have been going to this theatre for over 3 years and have NEVER been asked for my ID!!! On this night it happene, two out of the three of us had our PHYSICAL ID! The other one did not but DID have a photo of her ID. FYI the one without her PHYSICAL ID is 24 years old. They would NOT let us into the movie because she didn't have her ID. Our group proceeded to ask for a manager because of this so called "policy" and for the lack of respect we got from this lady to begin with. the lady at the front called the manager over after proceeding to degrade us stating it was posted everywhere that they "NeEd" a physical ID. I asked where and she said I needed to look for myself. The Manager came over and AUTOMATICALLY said that he was the "Top Boss" of the facility and that it has been their policy ever since he was the manager which had been only 2 years. Even tho I have been going to this theatre for way longer than him and have never been asked for my ID. He was rude, and acted like he was the top dog. We get a refund but not a full refund for the movie. We proceed to have someone different call this place and have them explain. From what I heard the lady at the front desk answered first and was extremely rude from the get go. then the manager got to the phone and said he was the ASSISTANT MANAGE!!! LOL! He lied to us from the very beginning acting like he was so tough. My mom who is 52 years old asked this man over the phone why he was so rude and LITERALLY degraded my mom for minutes on end. They need to start having video cameras at the front and their phone calls recording. This ASSISTANT MANAGER needs a severe talk to and If he EVER speaks to a women like that again and HANGING up the phone on her he will lose his job. Trust me. I have loved this place for years but will go in to talk to the ACTUAL GM tomorrow when he goes in for work to have a conversation with him or her. Shame on you, I warn you ALL! FYI......this isn't even everything that happened this is just the bare minimum. If I was the boss of this place these two people would be fired IMMEDIATELY!!! read more

One of the bright spots in Bellevue! Newly renovated with assigned seating. You don't have to get in early to get good seats, you can pay online or via their app and you're good to go. Recently update/remodeled theater. Best thing about the remodel is the new seats. They recline and are super comfortable. When you buy your ticket, you select specific seats to sit in.......please make sure you actually sit in the seats you select. Theater also has a kiosk system that you can purchase your tickets without having to stand in line. Super convenient and currently not many people utilize them. Especially good when you are running late and the movie has already started. Concessions are adequate, but like every other movie theater.....WAY OVERPRICED. Costs more to get the concessions (popcorn/drink) than it does to go to the movie. Sound and picture are very good. read more

The burger was horrible. I ordered the $17 Wisconsin burger. It was supposed to have cheese curds and crispy onion straws. I received my food after a short wait, surprisingly short for a burger and fries. I took it to my theatre and attempted to grab it. The bun was nuclear. So hot I had to set it back down. I gave it a few min and tried again. I was starving and took a bite. Everything inside was soggy. It felt like they threw all the ingredients together and microwaved the whole thing. The meat had a weird flavor to it and I could not tell the difference between anything else in the sandwich as it was all melted together. I'm not usually a person who is going to send food back especially when it involves me missing a movie I just paid for. I slowly choked it all down. I always enjoy catching a movie here. The chairs recline and are very comfortable. Not the cleanest place but they do try. The floor is not too bad. I dropped my glasses in my seat and when getting them there was lots of old popcorn and trash. Pretty disgusting. The people were very friendly. The food selection at the snack bar is top notch. Clean theater with lots of parking. Staff is nice and has been helpful when I had questions. $6.50 matinee you can beat that.

This review isn't about just one visit. I go here probably 15 times or so per year even though it's not the closest theater to my home. Why? 1. The hours. Since I often work night shifts, I like going to movies on my night's off so that I can maintain my sleep schedule. Every other theater in the area stops showing movies by about midnight. But this one sometimes has movies STARTING about 1:30 or so in the morning. That's awesome! 2. The building. Very nice. I like how it's designed. Very cool. Clean too. 3. The seats. SO COMFORTABLE. Seriously, how can you not love a reclining easy chair? I know, lots of other theaters have them too, but still. Just awesome. I'll continue to go here for movies. Especially on Tuesdays when movies are only $5. Also, make sure you get the saving's card. It'll get you rewards for money you spend AND a free small popcorn on Tuesdays to go with the $5 movie. read more

This is a pretty awesome theatre. In fact, I'll say it's as good as it gets. First off, the staff at the ticket counter were very nice. They easily and quickly refunded me for two of my unused tickets purchased via Fandango. The concessions line was manageable with quick and friendly staff. There's also a separate bar/lounge area. You can grab a drink and chill before the movie. Or you can grab a drink and take it with you into the movie. There are several theaters inside - each kept on the small side. The aisles are spacious. No tripping over people's feet as you navigate to your seat. It's assigned seating so you get to choose your seats when you purchase your tickets. And the seats are nice leather recliners. You can even lift the arm rest up (which, of course, has a drink holder) and snuggle with your movie buddy. Very clean and well-kept. This is definitely a great place to see a movie in the Omaha area. read more

We like the new updated theaters. With that being said, we had no problem seeing a movie the old way. You know, walk in, pick your seat and watch your movie. The new seats are comfortable and all. But not necessary. We've been many times since they added the in theater food options. Leary of movie theater "food" we have never ordered. Tonight we did. My husband ordered the mozzarella cheese sticks. Ok, these are amazing. They use wonton wrappers!!! A cheese stick in a wonton. And each one is seriously as big as an eggroll. Try them, you'll thank me. We also shared a brownie sundae, equally as amazing. Here's what I don't like. Reserved seating. What a pain in the ass. You have to reserve your tickets online or else you risk not being able to sit together or getting crappy seats at the ticket office. I do not like having to go online and buy tickets.
