When you have a couple of hundred thousand on the line, you want to be happy with your purchase on every level, and Stephanie Donell gave me such peace and mind. It was a wonderful experience. Stephanie and her team were very personable, responsive and worked around the clock, especially when it came close to closing escrow. She hopped on video/phone/email a couple times anytime I had questions and I never felt like a "transaction". She was so patient, sweet and warm, but most importantly she was experienced and knowledgeable.
