Some of the stand out nurses include Kelly, Dottie, and Holly. A couple of the CNA techs were excellent, including Nicole and Alisha. Unfortunately the tech who was on duty the day I was discharged had an entitled, nasty attitude and was very disrespectful. The therapists were great. Physical therapist Luke was spectacular. The social worker dropped the ball on getting me into Clarksville for a follow up medical appointment, and the only thing that saved that little fiasco was that I was able to follow up with the doc on my own without her help. As a former medical social worker, had I made the same mistake she did, my boss would have had my hide nailed to the wall. Finally, the food... omg, the food was about 1/10 really good (the chicken spaghetti and the vegetable beef soup were wonderful!) 3/10 "meh," and 6/10 "what the hell are you people doing?!" Out of the two weeks I spent there, I probably had 2 meals that came close to arriving hot as intended. Nearly everything was cold by the time it got to me. The coffee left a LOT to be desired, but it was drinkable. Special requests are encouraged (within reason, of course) but they were ill-prepared to follow through on them. I only asked for a couple of substitutions so as to not get my hopes up. The facility has a new fish tank in the dining room, as well as a facility dog and cat. Pet therapy is a good thing, so kudos for that. Signature Health Care of Erin had some hiccups here and there as you might expect, but all in all, it wasn't too bad, if you don't mind long wait times for assistance because they're chronically short-handed. I hope I don't need further skilled nursing care in the future, but if I have to have it, Signature Health Care of Erin isn't all bad and is worth consideration.

I overheard the girls talking up front at the desk about the cameras recording audio and how the owner spends his weekends rewatching video and audio footage outside of the office in his personal time... I was also told before my appointment that our insurance was in network with the practice and it was a hassle when I showed up, they infact did not take my insurance so I had to self pay in order to be seen. While I was waiting in the lobby for my insurance to be verified I saw the owner aggressively ripping up papers and yelling at one of the Doctors, saying he would fire her if she used a certain medical office for referrals. I was genuinely concerned for the girl at the front desk so I asked her what was going on and she seemed very baffled. I loved Dr. Miller but in good conscience I could NEVER go back and give my money to practice that feels that it is okay to act that way, especially in front of patients. I never received a call. The following Monday, I called again and was told there was suddenly a letter in my file discontinuing my medication because I've been on it for five years. This was news to me. On 12/3/25, I spoke with the office manager, who said she would look into the situation with both Rob and Brenda and call me back. Once again, no one followed up. The staff at this facility knows I get seriously sick from allergies, yet no one seems concerned or willing to communicate. After this experience, I cannot recommend Gracepointe to anyone. Their lack of follow-through and disregard for patient needs is unacceptable.
