I have been a patient of Covenant Medical in Fairview for several years and have never felt that they cared enough about my health to treat me when I actually needed them. I don't know who owns the franchise and makes the rules, but those rules are made for the owners, the managers, and, maybe, the service providers, but NOT for the patients or the patient's care.
