However with in 10 minutes of getting settled in to my room, some mysterious substance in my ice bucket tray and on the cups got all over my shirt and hands, after calling room service and front desk, I received a text that they would be sending a room inspector. After about15-20 minutes a very nice young lady showed up who spoke very little to no English. There was no other concern from the staff, they couldn't answer what the substance was? You can imagine what it looks like!(bodily fluid?) At 350.00 per night my room was dirty and beat up, not what I would expect at that price point. I travel a lot and stay at some sketch places, but have to say this room was one of the worst. I know this establishment can do better and certainly do better with house keeping YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!

The staff here is very friendly and the casino is very clean and although smoking is allowed you'd never know, it's obvious they installed some pretty effective air handlers that's capable of complete air exchanges continuously. The restrooms are well maintained and there are a number of restaurants that are serving up some tasty dishes I was really surprised with the food quality and I do recommend trying their chicken and sausage gumbo it's delicious - there is also a small gift shop. I only played slot although there are a generous number of table games. We did pretty good considering we stayed only a few hours both times we visited, although I always treat my visits as entertainment it's always nice to bring home a little of their money, eat their complimentary food using the comps and bagging a few of their promotional gifts. This place is definitely worth visiting if you enjoy this type of entertainment, I know I'll return when back in the area...

The slot machines seem to be getting tighter and tighter. They don't play with you, meaning, give me a little, I'll give it back, don't take it all in a couple hours if not sooner. Another thing that a lot of regular customers complain about is that they are bribing people to come with all the drawing giveaways and vehicle drawings. Let the machines play and the people have a enjoyable evening. As soon as a night's evening giveaways are done the place empties out. Let the machines play with the customer's, let people have an enjoyable evening. In most cases, people leave pissed off not at themself for being stupid and losing too much, but pissed at the establishment for ripping them off.
