There were two fitting rooms in the back. It is a smaller store, but not too cramped. The fitting room was huge. There was seating inside of it and outside. I was kindly greeted when I came in. I tried on three things and fell in love with two. The dress I wanted to purchase seemed to have poor adjustable straps and when I asked if there was any other dresses in my size with adjustable straps that didn't get stuck, the salesperson was really sweet and went to the back to grab me one. Unfortunately, the dress she gave me had worse straps and was not my size. I'm glad I checked because I would've purchased a dress not in my size had I not noticed. Do know that things are on the pricier side here. It is a boutique clothing store afterall. Since I am here for a birthday trip, I looked at it as a birthday purchase. I highly recommend coming here for cute clothes.

I was just about to try the shoes on and then saw the sign "please do not try shoes on outside"... so I proceeded to take the shoes and was ready to walk inside the store. Just then, Lisa came out from inside the store and said "thank you for not trying the shoes outside. come on inside and we have other sizes too" Throughout our interaction, Lisa does seem a bit harsh "why don't you only try on shoes that actually fit you"... I was thinking to myself ... mmmm... was she being rude or ...? Then she grabbed all the shoes that I tried on -- that I don't want -- and she indicated that she'll spray them all down because she's OCD like that. Okay, i'm starting to get her... Towards the end of our interactions and after purchasing 3 pairs of shoes, I found that she just has dry humor. She is not rude. But I can definitely see how it comes across as rude though. Overall I got 3 pairs of great shoes at great value at Azasa.

More than half of the store is given over to women's clothing with just one small corner given over to men's. There's also some books, furniture, glassware, knickknacks, and shoes. You find the newest clothing arrivals outside the front door along with the clearance items. They do have a discount system that works here along with a 50% off section inside. Well that and it was Lizzy's b day weekend so I was much more likely to hand over the cash than the other 364 days of the year. Our purchase also gave us a 10% discount card at the St. Helena Olive Oil Co., which is their sister store.

My husband & I have been in Healdsburg for this entire week and have found all shop keepers, restaurants, and servers to be so friendly and welcoming until today. B Real was such a disappointment. The store attendant, a short woman with short gray hair around 60's to 70's, actually closed and locked the door in my face at 4:50pm-10 minutes earlier than the closing time posted on the door. Their website shows closing to be 6pm. Obviously-posted closing times for B Real mean nothing to this store B Real!! Since there were other women still shopping inside the store I knocked on the window and pointed to my watch stating it is not 5pm yet! When she finally let the other women out of the store, still before their posted closing time, I said to her, I have been trying to buy this wrap for three days and you were always closed so I rushed here today before your closing time to buy this wrap in the window. She said we are closed and shut the door again in my face. Unbelievable, horrible, retail service. It was 10 minutes until 5pm. Such an unfriendly person. I could have paid for the item and still left before their posted closing time. B Real Boutique in Healdsburg, Ca DOES NOT care about their customer relations or honoring their posted store hours on their door or website. Do not rush to give your business to this shop at B Real in Healdsburg! All of the other stores surrounding this store are eager to offer great service, wonderful products, food and a warm welcome. Unfortunately, I was not able to buy the item I wanted even though I rushed to arrive at 4:50pm to purchase the black & white wrap I had been eyeing for 3 days. Every time I came by this store they were closed. I made sure I arrived before closing today to make this purchase since this was our last day in Healdsburg and NOW it will certainly be the last time we ever attempt to shop at B. Real. You have lost a customer and much good will.
