He was quick to send over a quote and payment info. We had 8 adults and 5 kids and had a great experience riding to the baseball game and back on 4th of July. After her appointment was complete he picked her up promptly and under my instructions took her on the most round about way to get to her final destination, a surprise birthday party at her favorite restaurant. Such a huge relief to know that we would get dropped off right at departures and not have to deal with the stress of parking. #winning. Suffice to say, I was extremely pleased with the experience. When leaving Jacksonville, the driver showed up 10 minutes early in a Chevy Suburban and secured my son's car seat while we were gathering our bags. Our trip to the airport was very smooth, and of course, we were dropped off right at the gate, which is very important when you have two large bags, two backpacks, a car seat, a stroller, and a cat carrier. For our trip home from the airport, our driver was early and waiting for us by the time we arrived for our luggage. Even better, there were two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the Suburban, which was wonderful on a 90+ degree day. She drove us home without incident. Both of our drivers were friendly and professional, and the price for an SUV was a better value than any of the other car services I could find.
