The owner was a pleasure to speak with and was able to accommodate my requests for pickup with multiple destinations. She was so excited when she walked outside to see a beautiful blacked out car just for her. The driver did an amazing job, professional, courteous, and right on time. After her appointment was complete he picked her up promptly and under my instructions took her on the most round about way to get to her final destination, a surprise birthday party at her favorite restaurant. The Ford Expedition was spotless and more than roomy for the two of us and 4 pieces of luggage and a backpack. He told us when he arrived that ALL parking at JIA was full except for off site lots. Such a huge relief to know that we would get dropped off right at departures and not have to deal with the stress of parking. #winning. When we arrived back home, David was waiting at baggage claim for us and as soon as we had our bags, we were whisked outside to a special parking area and then on our way home. Seamless! Suffice to say, I was extremely pleased with the experience. When leaving Jacksonville, the driver showed up 10 minutes early in a Chevy Suburban and secured my son's car seat while we were gathering our bags. Our trip to the airport was very smooth, and of course, we were dropped off right at the gate, which is very important when you have two large bags, two backpacks, a car seat, a stroller, and a cat carrier. For our trip home from the airport, our driver was early and waiting for us by the time we arrived for our luggage. Even better, there were two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the Suburban, which was wonderful on a 90+ degree day. She drove us home without incident. Both of our drivers were friendly and professional, and the price for an SUV was a better value than any of the other car services I could find.
