We signed up with Blue Water Pools & Spas when we moved to Florida. We had read that they had good reviews, and subsequently we were very impressed with Jeff and his team. They are open, honest, and fair regarding their pools services. What this means is that I always felt comfortable with their recommendations. Jeff took the time to explain why he would or would not recommend a product or service (whether offered by his company or an unrelated specialty pool service) that was needed. He provided fair pricing on all options, and when they were cheaper at the local store, he told us to just get it at the nearby store and he would have the team install it at fair price for service. I also appreciated his honesty that he feels that most people are able to service their own pool, but the advantages of having his team do it is clear for us. His team comes weekly as scheduled. They inspect regularly, and catch problems before they occur. A shout out to Tyler, who has always provided receipts of our service, or when asked, will provide special service as needed. He caught a leak early so that it could be repaired. He also communicates regularly with Jeff as needed. read more

Blue Water Pools is the greatest pool service I have ever experienced! We were having issues with previous pool service and being first time pool owner's we were hesitant in finding a new company. Instincts kicked in and we had Jeff, the owner, come out to the property and inspect the pool. Good thing we did, the service provider we had, had ignored the chemistry side of maintenance on our pool, leaving us with mold, black algae and no chlorine in the water. (Despite the water looking clean it really wasn't healthy to swim in). Jeff took the time to explain what was happening and spoke with us for a long time. After his visit we let the other pool service go and hired Blue Water Pools & Spas. Jeff/Owner was present at our first visit and was very aggressive in their treatment regiment with our pool to return it to a healthy chemistry so we were able to swim again. Very happy with Connor, our technician. Connor is very professional, courteous, dependable, and knowledgeable (especially when I have questions). Connor treats us with respect and always cheerful answering any questions we may have. Then there is Jeff, the owner. You couldn't ask for anyone better. I thought that I had to replace my pool pump so I called Blue Water to inspect my equipment and let me know what my options are. Jeff showed up and inspected my pump. Within 5 minutes of his arrival, my pump was working again. It turned out to be a dry o-ring and the cost was a fraction of what I thought I would be spending. I was so happy with this result that I hired them to maintain my pool. The pool looks 100 times better than when I tried to maintain it. It's hard to find contractors that won't try and take you for every penny you have. This is an honest company and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a pool service they can trust. read more

There is not a better pool service company in the Jacksonville area than these guys. I have used other companies in the past, but none of them could keep my pool looking good consistently. The pool water is always clean and clear! Blue Water Pools and Spas have been caring for our pool for nearly three years. In the past I struggled with keeping the chemical balance of the pool in a safe range. Couple with this the inconvenience of having to clean and perform periodic maintenance contacting Jeff at Blue Water was an easy decision. I called Blue Water pools to ask if they could do some work on my pool. I told Jeff that I lived in Macclenny & he told me that, unfortunately, he does not come out to Macclenny. However, he still spend about 15-20 minutes on the phone discussing the pool issues, what could be done,and approx. how much I could expect to be charged from an honest company doing the work. I really appreciated his time and the fact that he was willing to help me as much as he could given I would not be a potential costumer due to where I live.
