My parents booked these movers for a same day job since our original movers no-showed because they had heat exhaustion from a previous move. I wish we had found a different company. We paid $700 for them to move the remaining boxes out of my parents' apartment for a job that we were unsatisfied with. To move that remaining stuff should have taken 2 hours and it took 5 hours! Over and over they'd say "ok just another half hour." "Just another hour." They kept moving the goalposts. I was not impressed with the movers we had as my wife and I ended up having to basically unload the truck ourselves. The guy in the truck basically stopped doing anything at one point and was zoning out and the other guy would disappear to smoke cigarettes around the corner of my parents' house or would take long, mysterious bathroom breaks in their house unannounced. Based on those absences and his strange behavior, I worry he was using drugs on the job. If we're paying you $700, please be courteous and don't litter cigarette butts all over my parents' yard, leave your trash in their yard (he would throw his empty water bottles onto the yard when he was done with them), please actually do your job so that I don't have to load and unload for you -- why do you think we're paying you?! While I was having to unload the truck for these guys who were standing around, the other mover in the truck (who wasn't smoking all the time though he did take cigarette breaks too) also started to lance an open wound on his leg with a pocket knife and was flicking blood onto my parents' driveway. Excuse me?! Not to mention the times that they would drop boxes of fragile china because they'd roll a dolly too hard over a threshold or sat down on a white couch they were struggling to get through a door and left dirt and sweat grime all over it! Apparently they also managed to lose their dolly sometime that day and we got called to ask if we had it (we don't). Thoroughly unimpressed, kinda grossed out, and sorry for my parents who had to fork out a ton of cash for a thoroughly subpar experience and had to move much of the stuff themselves anyway. read more

If these guys where the last people I had to call to get me moved, I would rather burn my belongings then let these crooks move me again. I will be sure they go out of business !! It was terrible the way these guys smelled!! Then my furniture oh boy! Every single box, table, chair , mattress , hell you name it they ruined it. I did not know this until the next day when I went back to storage. It was nice seeing they used my top load washing mAchine as a ladder to stack my boxes. So now my $1300.00 washing machine has a giant foot print and dent in it. Well not giant itS a little foot like the little brains they have!! Matt ( the owner) says " God Bless" and my favorite " I'm a man of God" . If you have to tell people you are a man of God then you are a crook and a coward. Because if you are a man of God your work speaks for itself. I won't mention the lamps, walls, doors and everything else they messed up. Think of it like this- You hire a teenage boy that happens to be going through puberty. Well the hour he is suppose to come over and help you move , the teenage boy that has hormones going cray cray gets a call about a pool party!! Full of girls! Well that teenage boy is going to go as fast as he can and do whatever he can to make it to that party. Throwing stuff, pushing it down the stairs who cares right!!?!As long as he gets to the party the hell with everyone else! That's these idiots!! As long as they could get paid to get high or whatever it is they could care less. My girls have items from there great great grandmother. They are trashed now! Antiques you can't get a price on!!! I called this company on the day I was moving, my original mover hurt himself day before. Mathew quoted me $85. An hour 2 hour minimum.We had a washer and dryer some boxes and bags of blankets and pillows some toys and miscellaneous stuff. He arrived 3 hours later after he had said he would be there in an hour 1100 didn't arrive until 130 this is after I told him we had to move by 130 . Then he gave me a minimum of 350 and it could take 4 hours or more. When I asked what happened to 85 an hour 2 hours. He said I had to pay his travel time , mind you we were moving the stuff 1 mile from point a to point b.No highways or traffic. Then he said he had to get a brake job on the truck. I told him no to the price.He left.My neighbor used his dodge ram truck 2 loads and 45 minutes later we were done . 2 days later he text to see if I got moved .I said yes and told him how and Thank you. He kept texting harassing me .This guy Mathew tries to take advantage of people and is very rude and nasty .I am filing a BBB report and more if he contacts me again read more

Do not consider these guys! They talk a good game but do a very poor job. I was quoted one price but charged a higher one. The head guy is very poor at packing and loading delicate items. He may be good at moving outdoor furniture but very incompetent at moving items you don't want scratched. He was very condescending and very unprofessional with my family and housekeeper. I hired Ameramove for a small move job. Matt and his team completed the move in 2 hours. They arrived on time, carefully wrapped each item and moved them down 4 flights of stairs. They are reasonably priced and I highly recommend them. read more

Warning!!!! We had them move us from our townhome in Rockwall to storage while we waited for our home to complete and then we had them move us from the storage to the home we bought. While we waited for our home we lived in a hotel 2 hours away and only visited our storage twice due to plants needing water. When we unpacked I noticed all kinds of my kitchen items including a professional kitchenaid mixer was missing as well as pots, pans and other appliances and platters, vase etc.. totaling to at least $2000.00. This mover was the only one that handled these items and they are missing you be the judge! I personally saw them carry my appliances out as I am a part time self-taught chef so I love my appliances and spend a lot on them as well as enjoy using them. Matt the owner got offended when we asked about them and never offered to make this right; but we went to his Facebook page and saw an appliance that looks identical to mine-no one else would take those we asked him to bring our items back and we would let things go but he ignored us. I caution anyone wanting to use them to NOT to!!!! . We will follow up in court as these people should not be allowed to be movers who take the trust and money of clients. Take my advice don't use them-you can do a search Rockwall police about this, there are so many other movers who are reputable but not this one! read more

After they moved our grandmother from Rockwall to Georgetown for $700, we asked them to bid moving furniture within our house (just upstairs/downstairs). Matthew informed me over the phone that it was $85 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, which was fine. He told me he needed to come see exactly what furniture we needed moved upstairs/downstairs, and that after seeing it, he might be able to 'make us a deal'. When he got to our house, he upped his price by $100, saying it would now be $365, which seemed odd. When I questioned the increase from over the phone, he claimed it included travel time and that it would take that long. We scheduled a date and time for the following week. When the day arrived, we had prepped everything by emptying drawers, clearing the space, etc. They didn't show at the agreed upon time, and when we followed up an hour later via text and VM, there was no reply. Finally 2.5 hours later he texted and wanted to come, but it was too late in the evening and we wanted to cancel the entire deal. Matthew apologized and said he would come the following Saturday, but that was too late. He re-offered to lower the price and come the next day at 3pm, so we agreed. Again, the next day, they didn't show. Another 1.5 hours after they were supposed to have arrived, and after we had asked via text and voicemail, he claimed that there had never been a specific time and blew us off via text. The entire experience was disappointing and now the house is in disarray for the move. We've left work two days in a row to meet them for an appointment they wouldn't respect.
