I have always been ASKED 'what dates are good for you, or 'is this date good for you?' Not being included in that, just told 'your next apt is on ...' Just thought that was strange. Maybe, if allowed, I'll change my next apt to the Mansfield office, but absolutely no complaints with Dr. Mohan, he communicated my treatment plan very well, good 'bedside manner.'

Just want you all to know that the staff is little to less concerned about your progress. They…read moretreat their patients like a number on a conveyor belt. They don't communicate with the Physicians your concerns nor do they pay attention to the results of your lab work to see if there are signs of other health issues that may arise due to dialysis. What they do pay attention to is just your creatinine level to make sure it within the bare minimum to keep you on dialysis and keep them paid. It's sad because people live a miserable life of low energy, malnutrition, extreme anemia and onset heart disease. My perspective of the staff is to notify the physician if there are major concerns or red flags on the blood work or exams. They don't even keep up with your dry weight so they can adjust the amount of fluid to take off of you. They just take the same amount off every time and have you feeling all lethargic and all. Half the staff needs to be fired and the physicians need to be more aware of how the staff is treating their patients. Lastly, I advise don't go here PERIOD they are the worse.. There is a staff of social workers and dietician that doesn't even communicate with you to see how they can assist you financially or with healthy living options.
