I spent an hour completing paperwork, when I was FINALLY taken back - the nurse started asking questions, then I was asked about MY WEIGHT. Yes, MY WEIGHT. Only after a few moments, the nurse informed me I couldn't qualify because my BMI is too high. As discouraging as it was to hear, I was more angry that my time was wasted. If their staff is reading this, I still expect compensation for MY TIME. DO NOT GO HERE

My PCP that retired was wonderful...saw me once a year gave me a years worth of my usual meds. When I called for t hi staff would get him to fill it the same day! So tired of people's work ethics these days. I'm in my 60's and have my own my own business and if I ran it like this...I would be out of business...Where doe one find a GREAT doctor these days...

About a month later, I found myself in the ER with critically high blood pressure. I informed the ER doctor that I had been taken off of the previously- mentioned drug. He said surprisingly, "your nephrologist took you off of it?" Well, that same drug was administered to me over several hours in the ER and it brought my blood pressure down. All of that was devastating, but what really triggered my need to write this review is that the nephrologist did not contact me for a week and a half (after I called his office to convey what happened to me the day following my ER visit). He then proceeded to tell me in a voicemail message there was a "typo" in his handwritten instructions to me to stop taking the medicine. I told his office I had the handwritten instructions and it clearly read to stop the medicine. After informing the office of that, the doctor's office no longer took my calls. I would call, immediately be put on hold, and ultimately disconnected. When I previously called, I would be greeted by name when the phone was answered, so they have caller ID and knew it was me calling. Pretty sad when patients trust medical doctors to provide the best possible care, but do not get it. Even worse, when a healthcare professional cannot own up to not rendering the best advice and would rather lie to absolve himself of a poor medical decision.
