Do not, I repeat do not go individually nor let your love one/ family member go to the Forterus Healthcare Murrieta site! The individuals within priorities are not client focused, I cannot tell you how many times families have called for updates and never received responses for months. Also if there is a 911 emergency there phone does not dial out 911. How safe is this ? There is no process on how clients request are made. The staff just wings it. Nobody seems to want to be accountable for anything. Families call to coordinate necessary livilhood items only to never receive a call back! To top it off the CEO of the company main focus is how much $ is brought into the facility as oppose to the quality care and the clients needs. I understand that revenue is important to run a business but it should not be misconstrued with integrity ! Please research / do your homework on what I am saying! 1 star for the house managers & the transportation team, because they are the only ones who truly and honestly care about the functions necessary to run that facility and the quality Care of those clients. I did an intake. Two days before leaving I get a phone call saying they made a mistake and nothing was covered. No apology, no explanation on how they made the mistake when they claimed they had contacted my insurance and even charged me a deductible. Completely unacceptable when you're dealing with people in acute crisis. I could have spent that week finding a reputable facility that has a compemy intake staff. Now I'm back at square one and the stress has only worsened my mental health. I'm glad I discovered this before participating in treatment because if they can't properly code insurance then I don't trust them with my health.

This facility is not in good shape in any sense of the word. The call light times while I'm here…read moreright now for rehab , have exceeded an hour on more than half the time! The first two hours I was in my room the on suite bathroom in my room had roaches a nurse had to step on them and kill them. The floor where they were killed has yet to be sanitized even once in the 3-4 days ive been here. The food is always served cold which is absolutely unsafe and could cause food borne illnesses. Pain meds are always given 30+ mins late and other meds also. It's just not good here and I'm highly disappointed but this is where my insurance will pay for my rehab so thats Why I'm here. I would not recommend this place to anyone with a choice of places to go. I've also been left for more than 45 mins for bathroom assistance. Not good!

Jonathan gave me dry needling with a deft hand several times while Dillon took care of my exercising, soft tissue work, and cheerleading. Both men I would highly recommend. The office environment is professional but light with lots of conversation with any and everyone. It makes the time pass much quicker and adds a little spice to repetitive routines. All and all I am 95% better than when I first darkened their door. Hats off to them, especially Dillon who will begin his first "real" job with the NY Giants beginning in May. The Giants are getting themselves a real good one. Thanks again and here is to us just being friends from now on and no longer being a patient!

After my surgery I requested Ryan Cook and his team at Benchmark in Brentwood. Cathy at the front desk quickly arranged and scheduled my appointments.To say the team was accommodating and friendly would be an under-statement. Ryan and Celia were always so positive and genuinely supportive. When you are in pain, a positive attitude from your physician is key to keeping you on track. Since this time was during COVID, the safety procedures were in place (guests and staff wearing masks, hand sanitizer, taking temperature)as well as the usual cleaning surfaces between treatments. I am so grateful that Ryan and Celia and their hard work to get me back on my feet again. This is a special place.
