He treated me like a regular patient, not "just an immigrant going through paperwork." He genuinely cared about my well‑being and even took time to give me thoughtful advice about some health conditions I have. That meant a lot to me. 3. The immigration team is absolutely amazing. Morgan scheduled my appointment over the phone and was so nice and patient -- she made me feel much better about what can be a very intimidating process. Amber is such a wonderful woman. She turned what could have been a boring and stressful immigration medical procedure into a great experience. On the day of my exam, I actually made two mistakes on my paperwork (completely my fault -- I misspelled my name first, then added an extra number to my passport number ). I can laugh about it now, but at the time I was overwhelmed with work, life, and immigration stress. Amber and another newer team member helped me redo my paperwork twice without any frustration, only kindness and support. They truly saved my day and made everything so pleasant. After taking the x-rays, he talks with the Dr. and then tells me that because of "software issues" the he can't show/message the Dr. my x-rays...the x-rays are unviewable. Dr. finally comes in to discuss the issues I was having with my knee. After a 10 minute discussion, I am given a referral to a different imaging facility to get the x-rays done again. $264. Two Hundred and Sixty Four Dollars...for?

To begin with, the surgery was completely botched. Poor communication, as well as a lack of genuine concern or commitment from the first doctor (Dr Duncan), meant that the procedure was passed onto another doctor. The subsequent doctor then failed in his septoplasty, proceeding to advise the use of Flonase. If they wanted to use Flonase, they would have gone to CVS, and not paid thousands for the wonderful experience of a botched surgery and rude receptionist. Whilst we're on the topic of rude receptionists and inept doctors, their billing department is nothing short of a joke. Consistently mis quoting fees for surgeries, and sending through bills that were previously advised as being covered by insurance months after the surgery. I BEG that you go anywhere but here... That is unless you enjoy rude receptionists, poor doctors, and a near enough scam of a billing department.

My brother stayed here for a few days after a recent hospital stay. The place is clean and much…read morenicer than when my grandmother was here years ago, but they are short staffed to the point they are not able to adequately care for their patients. My brother had defecated in his bed as he is unable to walk at this time and was left for 3 hours like this despite several requests to change him. It took a call to management before the situation was remedied. A few days later the same situation occurred at which time my brother became upset and began to act out. He suffers from brain injury after several strokes so rather than try to work with him, they sent him to a hospital once again. He will not be returning to this facility and I would not recommend them.
