They're very reachable by phone, text, etc and are very willing to help explain coverages and reassure you of sufficient coverage. Their pricing is very competitive (I compared them to USAA). Ultimately, for my needs it did make sense to switch to USAA (mainly for certain specific coverage I need & my family's long history at USAA) but I will be continuing to check in with Jen to reevaluate periodically. As well, I'd highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for insurance, or at least to merely consider Jen in your assessment of insurance provider options.

When I told them I was not the person they were looking for and I did not want this text message, they ignored me. They called me again on 1/26/22 and violated my privacy rights again. When I contacted them about the 2nd violation, they claimed they didn't send it, even though both text messages clearly identify as Reduced Fee Mortgage in Lakeville, MN with Andrew Goldberg's office. I highly encourage others to report this company to the BBB, FCC, FTC, Attorney General, etc. if they have violated your privacy rights as they did with mine. They need to take responsibility for violating the laws that are set to protect consumers.
