So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

Owner Steve Troup tried contacting the complex and get my information because I made a police report on the incident, the owner was told by the complex they cannot give any residence information because it's against the law , the complex then contacted me and stated the owner wanted me to give him a call and that he wanted to resolve the issue . As soon as he answers the phone the owner starts going off on me saying I am lying that his employee never stole the item, he then stated he is willing to pay $2000 for me to drop the case with the police and to remove the review I left on here , after the jewelry store quoted $4k for the exact piece of jewelry he instantly got annoyed and denied trying solving the issue and wanting to pay me . The review was removed but will be back up here and other sites as well as this situation has affected my mental health and still want to pursue a lawsuit against him and the company as he tried scaring me sending me a letter saying if I didn't remove the review I will be going to court . Yelp states 95% of the court cases that go for a review get dismissed as United States has freedom of speech in the first amendment and this was from my experience.
