Both experts felt safe and professional. With unbearable summer heat causing so many AC issues around the Valley, it can be hard to get someone to fix AC units to the house quickly, and they haven't disappointed yet. He explained his plan for spraying the inside based on the discussion with the problem areas. He first started at the front door inside, sprayed the threshold as I opened the door in between the front door and security door, saturated it very well. Then began all along the interior walls, bedrooms, master bath where it was a main problem area, continued throughout the hallways and rooms that were accessible. I had purposely backed out all 3 cars in the garage and Michael sprayed all the accessible walls plus the door areas into the house and especially at the step up where the cars are parked in the garage. He replaced the 6 glue traps, 2 at the door leading into the house, 2 at the single car garage door and 2 at the double car garage door and completed the inside. Michael then put down the ant granulates in front on the trouble area room window on the rock landscaping, then prepared the outside insect solution and sprayed the front of the house, he explained that spraying over the ant granulates would activate the grandulates with the moisture. Spraying along the side of the house to the back, he sprayed around the back side walls, then around the pool, back walls and then all along the outside accessible areas and completed around the back patio threshold and back along to the front of the house. We had been experiencing issues with small ants and that issue has gotten better, currently experiencing many crickets, pinch bugs or earwigs. Michael sprayed everywhere to hopefully build a nice barrier to get rid of the insects. Great job Michael Gallagher!

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load! I just bought this house so I'm sure they haven't been cleaned in ages (if ever), but King Air Duct Cleaning got us rolling again quickly! Thank you-would highly recommend!

I wanted a quality install and was pretty particular about details like transitions to tile, baseboards, that I wanted to pull out old carpet, I was ordering the materials, etc. Paul and Daniel knew exactly what I was referring to regarding smooth transitions and immediately said "no problem" after others gave me a whole song and dance. They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) The guys work fast, thoroughly, are kind and easy to have around. I had feedback on two small things while they worked.. no problem, they resolved them quickly and without issue.
