It's very hard for a flight full of people to land and have to sit on the tarmac for over an hour because they don't have enough space for us to park. Figure it out! There are animals and children aboard going crazy. People are in tears and it's a very stressful, unhappy situation and I won't be returning to Avelo any time soon.

Security at Islip is Fast, the Frontier counter is very friendly as long as you are not asking for free upgrades or free stuff that you should have paid for and the whole team was efficient. I last flew from Islip to Atlanta in December, 2025 and had trouble with my paperwork for my service dog. Queen Everett who is a Frontier employee was kind, helpful and gave me great customer service to clear up the problem and get me, my daughter and my service dog on the plane. On a flight from Long Island to Fort Lauderdale , most of the staff was ok, but there were several attendants that seemed to forget that they were actually charged with servicing a flying public. Short tempered and dismissive are the two terms that seem to sum up some of the attendants and unfortunately tarnished the experience of the others. We should have known better, the whole experience was a TOTAL disaster. We experienced several delays, clueless customer service representatives (tried to put us on a 4:30 pm connecting flight) and the flight was exceedingly long as they kept us circling in the air above our destination. This made my wife extremely sick (she is a type 1 diabetic). She said something about it to the crew and was ignored. Good luck with lodging, meals, transportation, etc. Since the delay was weather delay, they owed me nothing. But the ground crew in White Plains was professional and patient, even though we had additional delays in White Plains. My favorite thing about Delta right now? Biscoff Cookies. I'll still fly with them though.
