    Worse airline ever. 4/25/25 a white woman initially refused to help me, she claimed I couldn't board an hour until departure... which isn't a rule. It's 20 mins according to the ticket. She harassed me for $25, saying "what about the card you bought the ticket with". So, instead of helping me, she wanted to charge me for her help. A boarding pass. At least tell me how to do this without their help.... they didn't want to assist. I had resigned with recording and leaving the airport. I had planned to not be bullied and would escalate the situation. I was at the airport 15 mins before I was refused help... frontier is the worse! The cheapest little, bootleg, discriminatory ​company. Don't waste your time & money!! I have a video.

    Fast check in at front counter, friendly staff! Got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. The waiting area has plugs and usb charges at every chair which is great! The area is clean, space is wide open.

    We were taking a weekend trip to Florida and a friend suggested Frontier Airlines. He said "you can get a flight for $29. My wife suggests we try it. I'm the kind of person that doesn't do well with change. I've been flying Southwest to Florida for decades, but my wife says let's try and since her sister was coming along with us, my wife wants it to as cheap as possible for her sister. So there's a lot you need to know about Frontier Airlines. First, there in the old, or should I say original section of ISP Airport. Next, you pay extra for everything. Example: Carry on. $35 each way. Want food? Extra $. How about a bottle of water? Extra $. Oh, almost forgot, want to pick a seat. Extra $. By the time you're finished you'll probably pay close to what you might pay on another airline. Next, there planes carry about 260 passengers. This is the longest plane I've ever seen. Wait for this one.. seats are hard plastic with a very thin cover. To boot they don't recline. Food trays. About 3" x 8". Now I understand why they don't give drinks or snacks, they don't fit on the tray. Weighing all the pros and cons, I don't think I'll be flying Frontier Airlines again. Sorry.

    So this review is really about the flight crew who were extremely kind, very conscientious and…read moreaccommodating. We showed up at the airport at 4 PM for a 6PM flight. The flight was delayed about 25 minutes which was no big deal. We boarded the plane and was happy because my daughter and I Got an extra seat in our row. As we were sitting on the plane, they made an announcement that it looked like we had two tires that needed to be changed. They informed us that it would take approximately 45 minutes for maintenance to arrive and then approximately another hour. They had a suite on the plane for about 15 or 20 minutes and then came back on the announcements and told us that we were going to have to do you board the plane and that we could leave or are belongings. At that point we actually had to stand online to get our boarding passes re-scanned to exit the point. We then were off the plane for about an hour when they made an announcement That this plane could not fly out this evening. They were flying in another plane which would arrive in about an hour and a half at that point. But that meant that we had to now get back on the plane and get our belongings and bring them off the plane we then had to wait until they called us to get back on the plane retrieve our items and then get back off the plane and then wait a couple of hours for the other plane to arrive. We once again stood on line for a placement and seats and boarded the plane once again. They did give each passenger a $100 credit for their troubles and once we finally took off at about 10pm, the crew members on the place were wonderful.

But Luxury has a replacement jet for $6600.00 additional, take it or lose the house and rental reservations that have been paid. I as to split the cost and the answer was a big NO.
