    I've used All Three Shuttle Service for my traveling needs because the price is right, they go out…read moreof their way to meet my needs, and I like supporting local businesses that also support the Bakersfield community. Price: it's been $150-200 to Uber home from LAX. They only charge 50!!! They come to your house, load your bags, and take you directly to your gate! It doesn't matter what time in the morning either. You can't beat this price. Even if it was 70, it's still worth it. Meeting my needs: I've had to change plans last minute, add family members, you name it -- they met all my needs without a problem. It's a family business and I felt treated like family. Supporting the community: I didn't know this at first but apparently the main driver and owner does a lot of work within the community helping kids get to field trips, helping out the church community. I know my dollars are being invested right back into a community I care for and that's an added bonus. P.S. I've never been late for a flight or never missed a flight.

My return trip was another story. After arriving back at LAX from an overnight flight from Chile, I could not contact anyone. I was originally told that I would be picked up shortly, then calls and texts went unanswered for hours. No rental cars were available for one way drop off to Bakersfield and Uber was almost $200. I was finally able to get another private shuttle service to get me back home after waiting almost 6 hours. It cost me twice as much as I had planned on. I thought I'd give them another try today. My son-in-law was leaving Bakersfield to ship out to Boot Camp with the Army. I confirmed a pick up time of 3:30 am. When no one arrived, we texted at 3:40. No response. We called at 3:50. No response. I called 5 more times as I got ready to make the drive myself. Still no response. So I drove him to LAX myself at 4:00 am. It is 11:00 and I still have gotten no response to any calls or texts. Do not make the same mistake I did and give them a try. It is not worth the stress!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could give a negative rating I would.

    This shuttle service is unfortunately one of the worst customer service experiences that I have…read moreever had. The getting to LAX was fine and when she dropped me off, I said, "see you on Thursday at 11". Margo Stanley, the owner, said it was supposed to be 8. I didn't think too much about it until t was the day before my return. I texted and gave my flight information about my flight and my arrival was 11:30 am. She didn't respond that until 3:47 am which I wouldn't receive until I awoke. So I read the message stating that I had said 8:51 AM when I confirmed, which is true. Ms. Stanley simply stated that she had other appointments scheduled around my original pick up time and she couldn't wait two and half hours for me. No let me ask my other pick up if they want to go eat so we can kill some time. I would've even paid for it. Or even worse, it was a drop off and Ms. Stanley alone wouldn't wait. Overall, just not a person that should be in customer service. She didn't care one iota that I would be stuck there. Ultimately, this means if your plane is delayed for any reason, Margo Stanley, will not be inconvenienced to wait for you. If you want to put that much faith not only in the airline to get you there in time you must pray that Ms. Stanleys other schedules remain intact.Here are the texts which is where our state of humanity is.
