DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!!!! I would give a negative 5 star if I could. Steve was unprofessional and pushy from the beginning. I don't know why I still booked with this company!! Steve first quoted me a price and when I called back the following day, he told me that it was $100 more because I didn't book the day he quoted me. He also realized it was prom and said gas prices will be going up. At this time I paid more than half of my balance and sent him a VERY DETAILED itinerary. We had a verbal agreement that the limo was supposed to seat 10 people. I didn't realize when he had sent the paperwork that it was for only 8 people (2 days before the wedding). After arguing with Steve about this, he said he could accommodate the "day" pick up but not the night, so two of our guests now had to find another way home. The first evening pick up/drop-off was at 10:15pm, which was the bride and groom. He was then supposed to come back and have four more continuous drop offs, which was on the original itinerary. He showed up at 9:27pm, so I walked out to make sure he knew the first pick up was at 10:15pm. Very rudely he said " No, it is 10 PM and we are pulling out of here by 10:15pm and if you are not on time I am charging you more"!! I tried to discuss the itinerary with him and he said he never received it and he was not coming back to pick up my additional guests. I had to go get my phone and show him our texts of when I sent him the itinerary back in June 2023. It was supposed to be for 5 hours. I walked away to start collecting our things to leave. During this time Steve got into an argument with one of my guests and told him to fuck off!!! He left the bride and groom, 2 children and 8 guests, which one was disabled, without a ride and absolutely did not care!! This is how the bride and groom had to end their night!! read more

One of the few services in town fully licensed by the state which is important to me because I was comfortable knowing my grandkids were in a safe vehicle. The driver lady was okay, she was kinda nice. Kinda unprofessional though. The limo had some wear. The inside was nice and clean- but the handles looked a little worn and so did the outside of the limo. My daughter, who is 9, and her friends enjoyed it though. Also, I wanted to rent 4 hours, but since this service didn't have the exact limo model I wanted, I wasn't sure. I told them man I would call him back- and he then offered me an hour free. Okay.. So I plan my daughter's party around 5 hours. From 11am-4pm. They call me at 3 asking where are we? And to come outside. The owner calls me and tells me that I rented the limo for 4 hours. I told him, no, you gave me an hour free when I agreed to use his service. He just said oh okay. ‍ Sure he sent me a receipt in the text- but it did not have any of the details like how many hours he promised. I wouldn't use this service again.. Just unprofessional to me. Also, he promised to put water and juice for the girls and only put water. No juice, and we had discussed this as well. Not that great of an experience. read more
