He is the only one who responded, and he told me that most of the time it can't be made to buzz louder. He said he might be able to do something, but that would cost hundreds of dollars. I really appreciate his responding to me, and now I will be sure to contact him should I have any problems with any of my appliances. It is refreshing to find someone locally who genuinely cares about helping others. I believe he is the same one who came out a year or so ago, because his granddaughter accompanied him.
