Their awning changed but their located directly on the corner of the given address. Once you go in they are literally packed to the rim with cake decorating things. It's almost overwhelming and unclear, but there's a cashier who will help and grab what you need. I came in for food gel and the attendant was nice and recommended that I get colors other than what I requested because it would help me to achieve the desired color and darker if necessary in the future. I appreciated that. I would like this store more if I were able to walk around and look for myself freely. However, it works. And with all of that being said, there's always usually one girl at the front who takes forever trying to help you and ring up people at the same time or they tell you they don't have the balloons you're looking for and you're forced to pick a different style. The overall experience between the wait times the poor quality and the non-existing balloon styles is just way too time consuming and stressful for something that should be very simple.
