My husband gave me flowers from this store, I had to gently tell him to never order flowers from this place again. I don't think the flowers and the packaging are worth it. They weren't bad overall, but they looked a little rotten or sick. The stems were covered in dark spots and the roses themselves were wilted, naturally there was no pleasant floral fragrance other than a slight scent of rot. They could have been good if they were fresh. Too bad, but we will not return to this place again. p.s. The packaging was also different from the photo. There was some cheap paper, torn in places and fastened with a couple of metal clips. Not as luxurious as they said on the website. read more

I woke up this morning to find a wilted vase of flowers on my doorstep. What? I was home all night so I was a bit confused. It appeared that my sweet 21 year old nephew in SWITZERLAND wanted to make my Mother's Day special. but wait! Today is not Mother's day! WTH? I checked my phone messages to see if I received a phone call from Enchanted alerting me to the delivery debacle. NOPE. So, I called right away, before they opened to find out what was going on. No answer machine. At around 9 am I received a call from Enchanted. To sum up the conversation- UNAPOLOGETIC and complaining about how awful it was for them this Mother's Day they were so backlogged.....yada, yada.... Me: Why didn't you call either me or my nephew so at the very least he could have cancelled the order, I may not have been home to receive the wilted flowers on WEDNESDAY or YOU COULD HAVE OFFERED HIM A CREDIT? Enchanted: (insert more complaining, finger pointing to FTD and self accolades) "We are a reputable florist!! " Blah, blah,..... Me: WTH ?(insert some well deserved scolding) Enchanted : HANGS UP ON ME What in tar nation? Enchanted ? HELLO? You are in a business that relies heavily on competent delivery service. I don't give a damn how beautiful you think your creations are if you can't seem to get them where they need to be at the appointed time. And if, JUST IF, you cant do that for some legit reason, you owe it to your customer and intended recipient to inform them and allow them options, not slink onto a door step at 9pm leave the 3 day old flowers (they claim the flowers were not old, I have pics to prove otherwise) ............ HOLD UP! My sweet nephew in SWITZERLAND just called me. I told him that I just got the flowers. Nephew: I knew something was wrong. I didn't get a confirmation that delivery was made and I was emailing back and forth with some guy named Dunkin or something. He was saying that you (me) couldn't be reached and that they couldn't deliver the flowers and they would try again. Something sounded off." NO SHIT. So, Enchanted, the most egregious of errors you made were the lies you told and the backpedaling BS. Frankly, people are pretty damn forgiving of mishaps when being truthful and accepting of responsibility, neither of which you are. I would have accepted 'Yes, we f'ed up. We are sorry. We will make it right" The BS I got from you was infuriating and yes, I am pissed, rightfully so and let you know it too. So don't further disparage me here for the neg review, which you seem capable of doing. read more

Enchanted was fantastic to work with for my wedding. Frank did a wonderful job. He was able to work with my mom until we had the centerpieces that went with our vision. We were blown away by the centerpiece. My mom wasn't sure at first because the photos in their albums in the store were mediocre...but boy did they deliver for us. I'll attach the photo so you can see the gorgeous centerpiece they did for me. We had a specific budget and he was able to deliver beauty! Unreliable florist! I ordered an arrangement for my uncles wake which was located a few minutes away from the flower shop. The wake was only one day from 4pm - 8pm. I placed my order early in the morning that day. To my surprise at 7:30pm the flower shop called me while I was at the wake to say they were not able to deliver the flowers because they had a hectic day. Interestingly enough there was another flower spray there from that flower shop! This is highly unacceptable and disrespectful to not fulfill the order for a wake. If they couldn't deliver they had hours to let me know so I could have ordered from elsewhere. read more

Unprofessional and unskilled that's the best description of this business!!! I ordered a beautiful and unique arrangement through Teleflora for the occasion of my mother's 57th birthday. This florist volunteered to complete the order. What was delivered was nothing short of a completely HIDEOUS MESS!!!! The floral design of the arrangement was completely off and DID NOT COME CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED! The florist completely tried to go CHEAP with the flowers, using a majority of mums with a "dusting" of carnations and lilies, which is very ironic as this arrangement (including delivery fees) cost over $80. When this florist was contacted by Teleflora indicating that I was completely displeased and dissatisfied with the arrangement and for them to come retrieve the flowers and give me a new arrangement, the florist REFUSED stating that they believe they did a good job and delivered a similar product. Look at the picture and tell me is what was delivered ANYTHING AT ALL SIMILAR TO WHAT I ORDERED???? Methinks not. I'm highly advising anyone who wants a beautiful arrangement done by highly skilled professionals to seek a different florist!! This business is definitely not worth your time!!! read more

Garbage, garbage, garbage. My husband ordered me flowers through FTD for Mother's Day and paid a premium price for Mother's Day delivery. They were never delivered. We had made several calls over the previous days to FTD who assured us they had contacted the vendor and promised us the flowers would be a premium upgrade from our original order and would be delivered by 7pm Tuesday at the latest. The flowers didn't end up being delivered until Tuesday evening at 8:30 pm. The card in the flowers indicated the order had been filled by this florist. The roses in the arrangement we already half dead, as were the Lilies that had opened. The vase was the wrong size and color and the arrangement was 3 times smaller than the 70 dollar arrangement we paid for. There were 0 montecasino asters in the arrangement as was advertised. I called to complain and spoke to a woman who claimed she had no idea what I was talking about and that her boss would call me back. Waiting to hear from him soon. This is by far the best florist you will ever find!! I first met Frank when planning my wedding 3 years ago. I was set to find this specific vase that only one company would sell and only to business's. I went to maybe 5 other florists who told me no, they wouldn't order them for me. And so preceded to see what they could offer me and for the cost I was looking to spend, I was getting a ball of Hydrangeas! I was appalled. Then a good friend of mine said "go see my guy Frank". And right away I knew it was a perfect fit. He worked with me on every detail I wanted and had the most patience! He ordered those specific vases I wanted too! He got me thsee lights illuminating the vases from below I wanted, it was perfection! He was absolutely amazing with all his efforts and beautiful arrangements he created.
