Just look at the numbers: $844 for a water pump worth $150. $786 for a radiator hose worth $40. $265 for a single $15 bolt. Over double the cost for the radiator itself. Parts marked up 500-1,600% across the board. And after all that, my truck still leaked on my trip. This wasn't just sloppy -- it was predatory. As a veteran, I'm disgusted to see Meineke exploit the elderly, single moms, and anyone who isn't mechanically inclined. Taking advantage instead of helping is disgraceful. At the time of payment, I asked to speak with the manager/owner of this Meineke. I was told he was "predisposed" and that he would call me back. That call never came. This isn't just a review of Meineke -- this is a warning to all consumers: stay as far away as you can.

Well, I thought that I just needed to add a little bit of coolant to the radiator, but I was wrong. The car started to run extremely hot and I had to cut the car off several times on the way home. I wound up blowing the head gasket one the car. Apun further inspection I realized that the petcock (drain plug) under the car had been slightly unscrewed and therefore coolant had leaked of the car.
