Embed review Write an update Edit review 1/3/2020 First to Review I purchased a car from this company, since purchasing the car, i needed a battery 3 weeks after buying, paid 350 no problem. Secondly, the driver's side window stop going up and down, fine fixed that all while keeping my payments current. Now my transmission went out, cool drop off at transmission place, gave warranty information left my car behind for repairs. Now after 2 payments of 250 each and insurance 220, i have to pay a deductible of 250. I really didn't have an issue with that, but now it's one month later, still without my car that i pay for faithfully without fail and now i can't even get anyone in warranty department. I have called over 40 times to warranty and also auto shop and have been given the run around. Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY PRETEND TO BE ALL FOR YOU UNTIL THERE IS AN ISSUE. I HAVE SPOKE TO SEVERAL PEOPLE INCLUDING BBB AND ATTORNEYS AND WILL ACT ACCORDING FROM THIS POINT ON...IF YOU ARE DESPERATE FOR A CAR GO ELSEWHERE LIKE RURAL AREAS OF TOWN, BECAUSE PAYING TRIPLE COST OF ACTUAL WORTH IS NOT WORTH IT TO ONLY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

My experiencee with American Car Center was grea!. They have a great selection of cars and if they don't have what you want at their location they will take to another to find want you want. You can get a jeep , sedan , midsize or compact. The building was clean with access to the internet so that you can obtain and print any info required. My saleman Dexter Dennis was efficient, and polite but most of all, paitient. He took all of questions in stride and answered them without issue. I drove off with a beautiful 2017 Hundai Elantra and am looking foward to having a long problem free driving experience.
