On the day of my service they dropped me got the thing fixed and then picked me. That was a great servcie. It was a qucik fix within couple of hours. They charged me reasonably too. They were very efficient and helpful. I also want to thank the entire staff for a job well done. I was originally told the car would only need to be there for about 48 hours. Instead, the dealership kept my vehicle until this past Monday -- with poor communication and inconsistent information throughout the process. At one point, there appeared to be confusion about where my vehicle even was. Updates were limited, unclear, or did not align with what was actually happening with the car. I was also told the vehicle could not be properly diagnosed because the battery would not hold a charge and because there was supposedly no gas in the vehicle. However, when the tow truck driver arrived, he was able to jump the vehicle immediately, move it into position without issue, and later drive it up my driveway at home under its own power. That experience directly conflicted with what I had been told by the dealership. What made the situation even more frustrating was being treated at pickup as though I should appreciate not being charged for a diagnostic that was never actually completed. I interacted with Jason Moore (General Manager), Jerry, Donald (or Ronald), and Day during this process. Unfortunately, instead of accountability or transparency, the overall experience left me feeling dismissed and far less confident in the service department. Customers bring vehicles to dealerships expecting expertise, communication, and honesty. No customer should be left without answers for weeks while receiving conflicting information about the condition and status of their vehicle. If you choose to bring your car here, document everything carefully and keep records of all conversations and timelines.

Within days of purchase, the vehicle experienced serious mechanical issues, including being found with no oil within 72 hours, indicating the defect existed prior to sale. The vehicle is now inoperable and requires costly repairs estimated between $6,000-$8,000. The vehicle has repeatedly stalled, would not drive above 40 mph, and vibrates excessively, creating unsafe driving conditions. I was forced to pull over in traffic due to these issues. I am no longer willing to repair or keep this vehicle. I made multiple attempts to resolve this matter with the dealership, including requests to return or trade the vehicle based on guidance from my lender. I was given conflicting and inaccurate information regarding loan funding, which prevented me from canceling the deal in time. The dealership has failed to respond to my calls and emails, and I have not received promised reimbursements. The lender has also attempted to intervene since February 1, 2026. Despite this, no resolution has been provided. I have since sought assistance from an attorney, Bank of America, and consumer protection agencies. The vehicle was not in acceptable working condition at the time of sale, which is a breach of the implied warranty of merchantability under Georgia law. Due to the dealership's failure to provide a safe and operable vehicle or resolve the issue, I am requesting a full refund of my $1,000 down. Dr. Tonya B

Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Within just a few months of ownership, my vehicle broke down twice in one week due to the battery repeatedly going dead, leaving me stranded. Given that the truck is brand new and under full factory warranty, I contacted Dodge/Chrysler to request a battery replacement. I was extremely concerned to be told that I would be required to pay full price for a replacement battery, despite the vehicle being well within the warranty period. A battery failure on a new vehicle strongly suggests a defect, not normal wear and tear, and this response does not align with reasonable customer expectations or warranty protections. This situation has raised serious concerns about vehicle reliability, warranty coverage, and customer service, especially for a new purchase. I am currently seeking a resolution and hope Dodge/Chrysler will honor the factory warranty and address this issue appropriately. I am documenting this experience so other consumers are aware and to ensure this matter is resolved in accordance with warranty obligations and Georgia consumer protection laws.

They have probably lost their best mechanics because at my last trip, they couldn't properly install their overpriced Mopar battery. The new washer fluid line came apart after turning it on the first time. Save your time and money and find and support your local mechanic. Chrysler will hear about the lousy service. Wish I could have saved the One Star.
