I reserved a storage locker online and got my confirmation text message with the locker number and access code. However, one thing that was completely missing was the customer service from the staff on site. I drove there twice during normal working hours to sign some paperwork, but twice, they were never there when they were supposed to be. That told me one thing, can't depend on them for anything. Fast forward to yesterday, I stopped by to drop off some more stuff at my locker. I met the District Manager Brian, training the new lady working at this location. Her name is Kyrstyn and even though she was still learning the ropes and how the system worked, she seemed sharp and had a good attitude. One thing I would recommend for the staff is, have some extra cans of Raid on site. As with most similar storage sites, I see the occasional roach carcass scattered around. Have some Raid cans so the customer can spray down the perimeter of their unit. Also, for the future customer, the disc locks that they require, I would suggest you DO NOT buy the extra thick ones that they sell at Home Depot and Lowes...They DO NOT fit the shackle on the door of the unit. This location sells disc locks on site as well.

I have referred people to them. They are centrally located and the place is exceptionally clean. There is a security gate to access the storage spaces and you're given a padlock to use for your unit. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
