This storage facility I used for 15 months. The office manager at the time was McKenzie ( this was Feb 2017-May 2018). She was fantastic. Very courteous and professional. I have referred people to them. They are centrally located and the place is exceptionally clean. There is a security gate to access the storage spaces and you're given a padlock to use for your unit. John and Darrin are two of the friendliest men you'll meet. I made a reservation online for a unit, the next morning Darrin called me to let me know that the unit was first come first served and because it was the last unit of that particular size to come in as soon as I could. I told him I would be there as soon as I got off work. I showed up and it just so happened that someone before me was interested in the same size. I was so very grateful when John had mentioned that he knew I was coming in and saved it for me. I really appreciate all their efforts to assist me and their friendly customer service. Nice girls in office but unfortunately they are selling their soul to another greedy corporation like many people do. Lying about their policies until you say you are going somewhere else then all of sudden "policies" change. There are small business storage units in the area. I suggest giving them your business. Very unethical business practices. I have taken my items elsewhere. The only thing they have going for them is they are well kept but you pay very top dollar and then nickel and dime you after you are there. I don't need extra space that bad! Only used this company for some Christmas items. read more

First time going to this storage place. Very friendly and clean facilities. Very impressive units and grounds. Staff was very pilot and helped us with in seconds as we walked in. Will never use their storage company again! Not only did they raise their prices within the first year, but then they wouldn't prorate us when we closed out our account. They said we needed to tell them in advance!? Like their an apartment lease! Give me a break! read more

John and Ebany were really helpful throughout the whole process. I was impressed with how clean and organized their facility is and appreciate the use of the carts to move my stuff. Big bonus was use of the facility moving truck to pick up my stuff and move it into my unit - just for the price of topping off the gas tank! Awesome deal!
