The wings are supposed to be hot wings

This American Deli isn't good if you want something good to eat. It's always something with this location I'm not sure what it is with the sauce on the wings.

10 piece mild and added lemon pepper at home cause that's my business

First time visiting this American Deli location. The inside was clean. You can't dine-in, it's takeout only. The staff was friendly and the food came out fast. We ordered 10 lemon pepper hot wings (all flat) and they were great!

Today was my second time visiting this American deli. The first time I ordered a philly cheese steak with everything not knowing that included mayo. The sandwich was tasty but I couldn't stand all that mayo so today I went back to try it without the mayo and it was delicious. It had peppers and onions. Don't know if there were mushrooms because I ate it too fast. I don't like fries so I ordered the shrimp fried rice. It was ok but not my favorite but it was hot and fresh because they cook everything when you order. Customer service was just ok but the food is good.

10 piece meal (6 medium and 6 teriyaki). Fries are sprinkled with lemon pepper.

One thing about Clayton county....they have numerous American Deli franchises to choose from. This location which is located near party city and across the street from Taco Bell is one of the best. The staff is extremely nice and attentive to your order. Inside: The cleanliness of the staff is appreciated. Any time the cashier handled money she washed her hand. The location is well kept and maintained. Top Food Items: Chicken Philly, Wings (Any flavor), Seasoned Fries Pros: Convenient Location (Located near other popular restaurants: Fridays, Taco Bell, Etc), Quick service

The slowest most unprofessional experience. It took 15 min to place an order at the counter and I had to wait 30 min for extra crispy wings.

Service: Our waitress was Armani and she was amazing!!! From the time she came to our table to introduce herself until we paid our bills, she was energetic, continously checked on us, and immediately fixed any issues from the kitchen. If you go, ask to sit in Armani's section. Food: Our table of 5 had mixed reviews on the food. Some thought the wings were good while others thought they were unseasoned other than the sauce on top. We generally enjoyed the Jamaican patties despite the confusion on our "patty flight." We were initially given 2 curry patties and later told it was because they didn't have anymore jerk patties. However, we were later sent a jerk patty, so that was confusing. Entertainment: This is where they lacked and why I wouldn't come back. We arrived at 7:30pm. During the time we were there, there was a boring old school play list and the songs people chose for karaoke. We came for karaoke because we'd been told by the bartender that night gets packed. That's not true, at any given time there weren't anymore than 10 tables with guests. Additionally, management was very strict about what songs could be performed for karaoke and told paying customers we couldn't curse. When I asked about this policy, the manger told me it was the traditional global way to be family friendly. If that's your thing, this would be the place for you but it didn't fit our needs for a girl's night and the women in our group were 35-55. Lastly, the two managers appeared to micromanage every move the servers and bartenders made, it just felt weird.

There seems to be plenty of parking on the street as well as the lot behind the building. It was around noon when I arrived and they were serving their brunch menu. I had the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit that came with eggs and a side of grits. The biscuit was large, soft, and toasted and the fried chicken on top crisp and seasoned well. It was sweet from the honey. The eggs (I had them scrambled) were fine, but nothing remarkable. The grits were quite spicy for my taste, but I'm a wimp from the Midwest so they were probably great. I enjoyed everything. I would have liked an unsweetened iced tea, but only sweet tea was available. I had a fountain soft drink instead of. The restaurant was light and airy. The furniture was a bit worn and the dishes were plain white plastic but on the whole it was a lovely place. My server was pleasant and attentive.

There is also street parking. Wait to be seated. Best to have a reservation during peak hours. Weekend brunch and evenings I imagine to be busy. QR code menu. NOTE if you go during brunch and you get a cocktail from the menu you won't see the prices for brunch. That is part of the reason for the low rating. Even though the drink menu says the days and hours for those prices, you have to ask for the after those hours. The menu has your typical southern brunch flare with a twist. The drink menu is good. I ordered the impossible burger slider, it doesn't come with anything. Just two sliders. I ordered the potatoes. Even though the sliders were decent. It was a little salty. Presentation was good. Watermelon savage. I also tried the scrambled eggs - way too salty. It was inedible. My brunch partner didn't like the grits or chicken biscuit that it came with. Service was fine. Decor and atmosphere was nice. Overall, it was decent. It seems like a nice place to grab drinks and catch a vibe or be the vibe. Gratuity is included. Overall, decent spot. Oh and there is outdoor seating that includes a stage.

Otherwise, stay away. The service was terrible, the food was disappointing, and honestly, even the floor looked neglected. When I arrived, I was told there would be a 5-10 minute wait. No problem. I waited patiently and was in a perfectly good mood. After being seated, however, I waited another 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my table. Eventually, I was served by an employee I'll call N (I'm leaving out the full name because I'm not interested in getting anyone fired). But if N finds serving customers that unbearable, perhaps customer service isn't the right job. I understand servers have multiple tables and need to move quickly, but there's a difference between being efficient and making customers feel invisible. I ordered two meals and ended up waiting around 20 minutes. Twenty minutes. Meanwhile, customers who arrived after me were already receiving their food before mine even showed up. Even then, I didn't complain or rush anyone. When my food finally arrived, I asked for a side of BBQ sauce. Fifteen minutes later, I still hadn't received it, so I politely asked N about it. Her response was essentially: "The kitchen is out of sauce, okay? Do you know how busy we are? We don't have time to deal with sauce issues." Excuse me? Not only was the response unprofessional, but the attitude was unbelievably rude. I'm not the one working in the kitchen. If the sauce was unavailable, why couldn't someone simply tell me that from the beginning? Especially when there seemed to be plenty of time for casual conversations with other tables. Instead of communicating the problem, I was made to feel like it was somehow my fault for asking. Since when does a server blame the customer for a restaurant's mistake? Is this really the standard of customer service Chili's hires for? After that interaction, N simply walked away. Since I no longer had the sauce I ordered, I decided to take my food to go. N walked past my table multiple times without even acknowledging me. Eventually, I had to ask another employee for a to-go box because I couldn't get any assistance. I sincerely hope the $0 tip accurately reflected the quality of the service I received. One of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. Oh, and one more thing. You might want to do something about the floor near the restroom before it becomes a liability issue. It was so dirty, sticky, and poorly maintained that I nearly slipped multiple times. I honestly lost count of how many times I almost fell. At some point, that's not just unpleasant--it's a safety hazard. If this is the level of cleanliness being tolerated in an area customers walk through every day, it says a lot about how little attention is being paid to the overall condition of the restaurant.

Hubs and I were not starving but hungry enough so we decided to split something. We decided on the chicken tenders because we figured it was one of those meals that you really can't screw up and it was safe. The food came out quickly enough and was hot. The chicken was okay but it was definitely not chicken breast or a real chicken tender. It was more like McDonalds chicken nugget material. As we were sitting there, I noticed the bottles in the speed rail had no caps on them and were open.
