When I went to order at the kiosk, I realized they don't offer combo meals. I even asked an employee to make sure, and they confirmed that burgers are sold separately. After spending $10-$20 on a burger, you still have to pay an additional $3.99 for fries and $2.99 for a drink. The food on the menu looked good, but the pricing turned me away. I was in the area and I've been hearing about the Vegan Burgers so I had to give it a try. Heading it, That Burger Spot #1 was very clean. I headed over to the kiosk to place my order. Scrolling through the options, I added all I wanted. I added on my fries, paid and waited to the side for my order to be completed. As I was waiting for my food to be finished one of the employees called me to the counter. To my dismay the location was out of vegan cheese. As the vegan cheese cost extra and there was nothing cheese wise that I could swap it out with I was just out of luck. The employee was very nice even though there was nothing she could really do for me. She broke the news to me gently and was very apologetic. Once my order was ready I was on my way. Ordered online to pick up around 9:27 a they rushed my order by the time I got home my 10pc 24k wings are missing as well as my Cajun fries. My friend got his food tho burger fries and six wings He said the burger tasted old and very dry like it's been sitting. Yuk. This order was placed on a Tuesday around 4:30 pm. The onion rings tasted like days old rings that were sitting in oil, waiting to be scooped out. I love crispy rings but these were burnt, dried out crisps that looked like deep fried roaches. The atlanta cheese steak had congealed "cheese" that had the texture of partially melted rubber and tasted much the same. The bread was rubbery as well. Guess they were sticking to a theme? I like this restaurant because it allows you to customize and build your own from the meat type whether it be vegan or beef to the seasonings to sauces however, sometimes things can be very over seasoned or under seasoned. The flavor is never really consistent and this is very easy to tell if you're someone who constantly orders the same thing. I also think that their prices are a bit too high. You have to order everything separately the entrée, the side, the drink and everything starts to add up. On top of that if you order online their menu availability is rarely often updated or accurate. There have been plenty of times where I have ordered something and they have had to substitute it or refund it because they didn't have that item in stock or made. We arrived, parked right in front of the door, hopped inside (literal skipping doing the hungry dance), and was greeted. Wow. I can't believe I took so long to visit this spot. Let me start by saying... this is one of the best burgers I have ever had. EVER. I had been saying that I was going to check out one of their locations forever now, but was finally in the Riverdale area after visiting my mechanic and knew it was time. I was starving by the time I pulled into the huge plaza lot that the biz sits in. There were several parking spaces so I assumed that there were not many guests going to be in front of me. When I walked in, I immediately liked the setup. There were beautiful murals dedicated to Atlanta and Atlanta greats on the walls, music, movie posters and more adorning the space. I knew they didn't have indoor dining, but I didn't expect the ordering procedure. Instead of ordering at the counter like most spots, the biz has two machines setup where you can order your own meal with a few taps. I LOVED this process!! I'm indecisive and like being able to take my time to check out the entire menu, play around with my toppings, etc. without holding up the line. I ended up ordering a single burger topped with pepperjack cheese, grilled onions + jalapenos + mushrooms, bacon, and an egg. I also ordered a drink and a side of their cranchy fries + extra sauces. About 5min or so after ordering, I was given a drink cup and I feel like maybe I waited 10-15min in total for my order. It didn't feel long at all, I may be adding on a few minutes BUT either way, any minute was worth it. I could see and smell them preparing my meal from scratch in the back, it smelled SO good in there! After that little wait time, a young lady came from the back and handed me my food. I won't lie friends. That meal didn't even make it out of the parking lot. I was praying that people driving by didn't see me scarfing that baby down. It was all so fresh! I tackled the fries first. I liked them, but think that I'll go with another flavor next time but let me tell you, they were yummy, super fresh, and they were super generous about the seasoning. I went for 24K sauce and the remoulade to dunk my fries in. The 24K is seriously GOLD and I'd like 3 bottles of it. The remoulade wasn't my vibe. Now, onto my burger. The bun was the first impression and what an impact it made. It was so soft and buttery, biting into it was heavenly. My burger was so delicious!! I always tip my imaginary dad hat to restaurants that offer different meat options for those of us who don't eat beef. I think it came from the fountain drink machine. It wasn't until after an employee came from the back and got ice from the machine that we started to smell it. I was in the mood for a good grilled burger. Based on the reviews I decided to give it try. Upon entering you greeted by cool music and kiosk machine to place your order which is nice. I ordered a cheeseburger. After abt 10 min it was ready. Honestly, I really tried to like it but it was hitting the spot for me. I'm not sure what makes this the "best burger in Atlanta" but if that's the case I'll stop eating burgers in ATL. It wasn't flavorful and didn't have any grilled taste. Now my only issue I discovered after the fact. But we'll come back. The ordering process literally is a step by step process to build your burger. Plenty of protein (meat or non-meat) Options. I chose to try their beef and turkey blend. I was surprised this was an option. Before everyone jumped on the ground turkey bandwagon about 20 years ago, my mom would trick my step-dad into eating ground turkey by making a blend. Lmao. But I digress. Anyway you can choose your bun. Meat or not, cheese and toppings. Of course, if you go outside the standards, there is a small upcharge. Everything is a la carte. No combos here! So my burger so I thought had burger blend, bacon, grilled onions and grilled peppers. But somehow all was "lost" interestingly except the green peppers. I like mayo and mustard and A1 sauce. I don't think the A1 made the cut either in the order and burger making process. Soo I'm not sure what happened??? I Think my burger was about $8.50. It was good and flavorful. Sides: Onion Rings..ok and doable for $3.29 + Cajun crinkle fries $3.29. Yes yes yes!!! I would order again. Side of ranch $0.25 for dipping fries Now, I believe I got my $16.53 (this is with tax) worth considering food was cooked to order. Everything was hot, fresh and yummy to my tummy. Now here is where I had an issue...timing...it was nearly 45 -50 minutes to get my order. I was told 15 minutes. Waited 22 and then told another 7 minutes. Wrong! Wrong ! My Sunday time is valuable. I had time to go across the lot and order Waffle House get food from there and come back to still wait. Young lady says normally not like that and wasn't sure why they were slow. Well I came, saw and ate but I won't be back to the Riverdale location Hwy 138. (Hey that rhyme ..lol) Only because of the time. I have visited this location in the past and always was overjoyed with freshness and flavor. You missed the mark this evening. I returned to the counter to speak with someone about the issue - and only person on floor was a younger gentleman. I expressed my disappointment and he had no way of responding other than to look confused. I know you are a franchisee and also know the standard the original owners have set for the franchises. Well made our order, I ordered the turkey burger and I got the exact burger my wife had ordered, but both of them slapped. Also, I order a small cranchy fry. We get there to pickup our order and the fries were turned upside down just thrown over the bag, and to be honest it was only five fries in the bag, and the young man behind the counter was rude to my wife and told her that they don't give refunds (we weren't asking for a refund) so when I walked in to inquire regarding our order (08/16/2025) the guy told me the same thing. The manager had just come in and this guy and the female that was there once confronted my the manager lied and said that my wife had turned the fries upside down and brought the bag back him. The guy tried to get an attitude and be rude towards me as well and the manager made them leave the building, the manager corrected my order and we left. Also, I forgot to state that the fries did not have any seasoning that we ordered and he just gave me a cup and said here. This establishment food is toooooo good to have two subpar workers there. I'm sure everyone comes for management because she was awesome. The dark skinned manager with Locs was professional and took care of business. Another hit through Uber Eats! I ordered the fish sandwich. I arrived so crispy, and they weren't skimpy with the fish. If I could guess I would assume it's an actual full filet. Before I ordered I had to do some research on what kind of fish it actually was. Turns out it is swai. If you go on the website there's actual photos, and descriptions for the burgers. I enjoyed the seasoning, not too salty... just perfect! I got lettuce, cheddar, fresh onion, with a remoulade sauce. The one thing I didn't like is how the onion was chopped up into a bunch of small pieces. Overall the sandwich was great, and I definitely recommend them. It's all A La carte and the wait time is around 15 minutes. This place is a strictly a take out spot. I usually love this place. However the last couple of times were not up to par. One day about a week ago on a busy Friday, they were only taking phone orders. Ok, so I went somewhere else. This past week I ordered an Impossible double patty. It was disgusting. One patty was burnt and black - overcooked and the other patty was ok.
