My server was incredibly friendly and definitely added to my overall experience. Her name slips me, but she came to Troy from Wisconsin to play volleyball and attend college. I ended up going with one of their burgers with tater tots. The burger was very good, but the tater tots were pretty amazing. Even more amazing when my server said they were not made in house, but sourced. I really enjoyed my meal. The cheese was unmelted, and the soup itself was bland and watery--very much like it came straight from a reheated bag rather than being freshly prepared. The salad bar was also underwhelming, with very minimal options available. To add to the inconvenience, there were no salt or pepper shakers on the table. Overall service was lacking. There was little attentiveness to our table throughout the meal, and it took an unusually long time just to receive the bill at the end. This location has definite room for improvement in both service and food quality.
