I think I have become one of Dr. Mariano's most frequent patient now. I started coming here in 2014 when my own dentist retired after 45 years. I must say, it was very difficult to find a one-on-one dentist like Dr. M. Most dentists are now part of a group and they treat you like cattle and put you in a hcheck-up room or chair while they work on 5 other patients sitting in their chair, because they all had the same appointment time......NOT AT AMERICAN DENTAL, Gilbertsville! DR. Mariani and his team consist if his hygienist and office clerk and they make you their most important customer while you are there. They will get you an appointment quickly for emergencies. IN fact, you can get any type of appointment within 2 weeks, also unusual. dr. Mariani does not waste time and works and talks quickly which may make you worry or confuse you a bit, but if you stop and ask, he will stop, slow down and listen and explain your treatment until you feel comfortable. I suggest that you ask him whenever you feel uncomfortable because that is when you will see how much he truly cares about his patients and his work. I'm a tough customer with high expectations. I've seen many bad dentists since my family dentist retired and I've lived in other states - there are few dentists that cater to your needs and he is one. ANother PLUS - your appointment will be prompt and timely Which is great for people with tight schedules. I found this happily surprising and extremely rare. On my 5th appointment, I was 10 minutes late, and I had to reschedule....but they didn't charge me a fee, either, that's another cruel thing that happens at most cattle-loading dentist offices, the whole team is professional yet warm and friendly....oh, and my teeth look great! there is only one reason I didn't give them 5 stars.....out of respect, I reserved that spot for my first dentist who treated sme for 45 years and now he is retired..... GREAT OFFICE AND AN AMAZING DENTIST!!! Dr. Simeone is truly the best dentist i've ever had, he is very knowledgeable and has an amazing attitude, from the very beginning he was able to put me at ease and i know i'm getting the best care. He always explains what is going on, what needs to be done and what i need to come back for next before I leave the office. This was my first visit to the office. I am one who does not have dental insurance. However I had no problem with an emergency visit, an extraction and follow up care. The plan they offer for the uninsured will allow you to get close to the rates patients with insurance gets. Of course you have the pay the whole thing as it just gets lower rates but it is a plan I intend to keep. I plan on returning soon. Very short wait times, easy to get urgent appointments. Pleasant staff and good parking in the back. Great dental care. read more

Very satisfied with the care given in the Gilbertsville office. The staff makes you feel like family. My husband and I have been going to american dental solutions for 8 years. There have been many changes over the years, but now the people working there all seem to click, get along, and always make you feel welcome and comfortable. Today was our first time at American Dental Solutions. My 4 and 5 year old had appointments, and I have to say from the receptionist, to the dentist, everyone was wonderful! So friendly. My kids LOVED Ashley! She was so great, and explained what she was doing step by step to them! Thankyou Ashley for making their visit go so great!! I started going to American dental solutions in Gilbertsville a number of moths ago because I was unhappy with my dentist in Bally. I had not seen my dentist in the office for over 2 years. Only the Hygenist. i learned that is actually illegal. I am so pleased with the dentist and hygenist here. Friendly and caring office. I would recommend to anyone that wants a caring, honest dentist. It was a little while since I was at a dentist, but they explained everything to me and were not pushy. They were able to schedule us on very short notice due to Aspen Dental cancelling our scheduled new patient appt at the last minute saying they didn't have a spot for our insurance. Very friendly people there. I had a broken tooth that Aspen Dental said that I had to have root canal done and wanted to charge me a lot for it. Got recommendation from a neighbor to American Dental in Gilbertsville and went there. The doc there said it would have been a waste of time and money and that the tooth cannot be saved.
