In the past they used tools and things to really look at her teeth, not this time. Then, we had the same issue a lot of people seem to be having. My daughter is four and they took X-rays and then said she needed three crowns on one side and that they couldn't see the other side. We have decided to get a second opinion after reading reviews... as she doesn't eat poorly, brushes regularly and we are an organic home so fluoride treatments are out as they left me getting constant dental work when I used to get them.

Ginormous connect four!!! Anyway... Didn't see how she was going to corral my satan spawn to look in his mouth. She did. She has some kind of kid magic. Amazing! Mommy you did a great job! She talked about the experience she had here the whole ride home. She said before she didn't like going to the dentist but now she would love going to the dentist. She said for the first time I know my dentist name, Mrs Sarah and Mr Eric. I explained to her that Mrs Sarah is the hygienist and Mr Eric is the dentist. She couldn't believe how she really knew their names when she has been going to her other dentist for 7 years and never knew anyone's name. I didn't realize how important that was until today! As from a parents experience I loved it. The receptionist are very pleasant. We were given a tour of every room. Mrs Sarah was very friendly and had go conversation. Mr Eric is hilarious. My daughter loved him. He was very gentle and explained everything. The wait time seemed little long for me but I believe it was because we were new patients and also I did arrive over 30 minutes before my appointment time so that may be partially my fault. Patients who weren't new came in and were called right to back a short time later. Either way I will definitely take this wait over the wait time at our last dentist office. I really look forward to bringing my daughter back for her next visit and she does too!!

We have really good insurance and they still charged us $22 for who know what (they said not for fluoride), we had never paid anything for regular check up at other places, and our insurance covers three fluoride treatments per year for free. Also the front desk is very rude, I told her I need to grab my credit card to pay and she just hung up on me and when I call back she accused me I am the one who hung up first. I suggest going somewhere else. Also don't trust google review. Try to post on google but doesn't show up. Google got paid to "filter" low rating reviews.

We have been with them for a year, and every visit is as pleasant as the first one. Our daughter has had several issues, with dentists and her teeth, but Dr.Laura has went to great lengths to make sure we have no more issues! Horrible. Had my wisdom teeth taken out here, I ended up getting infected dry sockets. I had to call the emergency line multiple times because I was crying in pain, had a weird taste in my mouth. They finally took me in and checked me out and I had to get packing done at least 3 separate times. Every time I was seen by a random doctor and not the surgeon that performed my surgery. Felt very un cared for. I should have been seen ASAP for my pain and dry sockets but no one cared. They're way too over booked with patients to care about you. Would not recommend
