Dr. Valenci installed a temporary crown that fit so well I wondered if I could get by with just that. The fit of the new crown was amazing. The Doc measured the crown area so well it required ZERO ADJUSTMENT. I don't even know it's there (and it matches my teeth better than the old one.) As soon as I walked in, I noticed the cleanliness of the waiting room. The receptionist greeted me and had me fill out new patient forms. Shortly after, I was taken to the back by one of their hygienist who was very friendly. She explained procedures and after I had an extensive exam and photos. Before, ending the exam the Doctor came in to speak with me, she was also very friendly. A few days later I went back for a cleaning. I am so bad with names but the girl that cleaned my teeth was really nice. I felt very comfortable with her and she did a great cleaning job. This was definitely one of my better experiences at a dental office! I highly recommend this dental office.

emergency dental surgery broken molar and jaw infection…read more first time visit, staff and doctors are amazing, patient, professional understanding. i used website at 3 am to make same day appointment and was able to get in at 9:30am . the cannot guarantee oral surgery same day , but because of my condition they made afternoon accommodation. i was honestly in the worst pain i have ever felt and the were able to solve my health and dental issues all in one day . very affordable if you don't have insurance. it's very busy there so understand last minute appointment are accommodated the best they can . thank you to the doctor and staff once again!

The funny thing is,there was only one other patient in the office. That should have tipped me off that this place was a bad choice! Then I was billed for x-rays that I wasn't eligible for. Had they checked my records,they would have gave me a different series of x-rays that my insurance would have paid for.They were too lazy to check my records ,or just plain incompetent. I'm guessing a little of both! After dealing with them for only one visit,I dropped them.Then they refused to send my new dentist my x-rays! If you want to keep your natural teeth, do not see this dentist…read more They recommended I see an Endodontist to look at a 2+ year old root canal because of a shadow shown in an X-ray (stating something was wrong with the root work). The Endo they recommended drilled a hole in a perfectly healthy tooth (perforating the root space). After seeing a good dentist, X-rays showed there was nothing wrong with the root canal. However, I needed the tooth pulled because the unnecessary hole that was drilled in my tooth caused an actual issue. If this wasn't enough, I have untreated cavities and was told I had other dental issues that doesn't exist. Run from this practice.
