I had initially thought this would be a nice service considering I needed my taxes completed for my mother and I. Both me and my mothers taxes were short form and very simple to complete. I was requested to give many unnecessary forms, and was charged over $700.00 for the both of us. Again I chose them because they had advertised as if they were reasonable. After they informed me of what they were going to charge me (after weeks of stalling and asking for forms), I opted to use another service. I took my info to another local tax service in which they had charged me $100.00 for the both of us. After the fact I received a statement in the mail from Baker Retirement & Wealth Management billing me for taxes they did not file. Very unprofessional and very unnecessary.
