Fifth Third Bank marketed a Money Market account to me with a guaranteed rate for a fixed period of…read moretime in writing and verified in person with their agent. This offer and rate was extended as stated by their agent. The account statements are delayed. When mine arrived I noted the rate I was guaranteed to receive by their agent was higher than the rate actually paid. Upon further investigation I discovered not only was I not paid the rate I was guaranteed to receive by their agent but I was also underpaid during the period of the initial extended promotion. I must assume all who responded to the 5th3rd Money Market special were similarly not paid the warranted rate of return. After months of effort including calls, in person visits, correspondence with Fifth Third Bank at various levels and finally governmental authorities, Fifth Third Bank made a small token additional partial payment and supplied hundreds of pages of repetitive, unresponsive replies while ignoring the fact that their agent continued to warrant a fixed return. This fraudulent misrepresentation cost me the opportunity to lock in an equal or higher interest rate and has caused on going injury.

Lack of ATM service/available funds. Fourth time since closing of branches ATM out of funds or not…read moreworking. Even though machines were added they are worthless if not serviced. This includes large branch offices and parking lot ATMs.

if you are considering using Old National Bank - RUN! read all the bad reviews and believe them! my…read morewife's vehicle loan was done through them and we moved from Ohio to Michigan. they refuse to work with the state of Michigan to allow us to register her vehicle (even though they have offices in the state) - which is against the law. they offshore customer service to people who can not help and do not understand the basic requirements for vehicle registration. They should close their doors and not be allowed to function with such bad customer service and ongoing illegal activity. They claim to be a top 30 U.S. bank, but I don't see how that is even remotely possible unless there are only 30 bank brands in existence. My patience has ran out with trying to work with them, and I have a ton of patience. Car dealerships should avoid using this bank, incredible bad. Not sure how a Mercedes dealership got involved with them, but I will be sharing my experience with MBUSA and asking them to notify their dealerships to avoid using Old National Bank for Mercedes customers.

She found my information and helped us review everything specifically. She was able to advise that it looks like everything successfully cancelled and was able to confirm the correct charges. My boyfriend said this place is way better and friendlier than his German American Bank. Heritage Federal has the best customer service. Always kind and helpful!
