My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

Their entire company and systems are so inept no one could possibly have the patience to listen to her go on and on about how busy she is and can't handle her work load. They stole $400 from 1st prop escrow account for the 2nd prop after I canceled agreement (since there was no advertising or listing of property in the local MLS) for the 2nd SEPARATE property which didnt even have an escrow setup yet. They also emailed (instead of calling) on a major property issue and asked me if I wanted to deal with it instead of them). WHAT WAS I PAYING FOR.
