Some days I would go in and it was 82. Recently I went in and it was 66 do to the heat not being on. Now it's set at 68 and doesn't look like its going to be changed. See attached photo of email telling me what the climatized temp is. This was prior to me moving in.)The door to my hallway is also broken not allowing it to latch shut. I've discussed that many times but have been told they would have to replace the whole door and that's too expensive. I was also given a unit with oil stains in it and was given plastic to put over it. It seems now this never late paying customer is being asked to vacate by the director of operations because of my requests for better service. As a paying customer for climate controlled unit I expect it to be a reasonable climate. I should not have to alert staff to the temperature. If your told 74-76 degrees year round you should stick to it- if you decide to make a change inform your customer. It's bad business to ask a patron to leave because they expect you to provide the service you represented yourself to provide. Shame on the director of operations! Not the staff, as Lauren and Ashley have always been great to me.

I was combining households with another family member so we were working with having to fit my furniture into her existing home and they were able to make it work which I thought was going to be impossible! The canvas print was damaged during the move (worn off around the edges), along with other furniture items. We filed a claim since we had purchased their insurance coverage. During the claims process, they requested a repair estimate, which we provided, but their offers remained below the quoted repair cost. Communication was also very slow. Weeks would often pass between responses, and revised offers would appear with little or no explanation, usually only about $50 higher than the previous one. As of today, 7 months later, my mother still has not received compensation for the damaged artwork or furniture. We certainly would never use them again.
