However, against my better judgement I did end up going back. This time I came into the store I had my husband and daughter waiting for me in the car. My daughter is little and the weather was very cold. As I was about to check out my husband came into the store and asked for a bathroom for our daughter. I let them know that they weren't some random people but with me. This didn't matter. The apparent manager explained that her employees are not paid enough to offer public bathrooms. I couldn't believe that even though I was spending over $100 they wouldn't make an exception for a child. Because of this I will never be back. I rather pay shipping or retire my card than come back to this location.

Having tried many T-shirts, boxer shorts, over-the-calf dress socks and ties at many other stores, including Polo-RL, Land's End, custom tailored and many others, I find the best value and quality of these items int he 346 brand at the BB Outlet by far the best. I really think that the quality of these items is the best I've found anywhere at any price. The dress shirts: The 346 dress shirt is the best non-custom tailored dress shirt in the USA. No kidding. No other dress shirt looks as good, lasts as long, and has as reliably great-looking collar. The ONLY dress shirt I'd wear under $200, and for that price the $200 shirt is no better. The ONLY dress shirt for me, and I am super picky! In my case I'm perfectly happy to select my own wardrobe items and don't rely on the staff for anything but checking me out at the register, so can't evaluate staff knowledge. They offer to help and neither ignore nor pester me, so I'm happy. Though I don't happen to buy suits there they still represent a good value, but in my work I really do need a regulkar Brooks Brothers $1600 suit (which I buy on sale at the Denver store) -- you have to "dress to bill" and my clients pay $3000/hr for my time so you have to show up properly in the boardroom... In addition, many times I've not been able to drive to the outlet store as I live some distance away. They have always been happy to check stock and ship the items to me in my color and size preference with no shipping errors or delays. Overall, best value in men's business attire.

I went here after shopping at the DSW in Park Meadows, since I need shoes the same height as the…read morewalking boot. Most of my shoes have high heels, or the heels are too low. I was hoping to find boots. I found a pair at Park Meadows, but they weren't quite perfect. I did find a pair of loafers and a pair of booties at this store. The vibe here is weirdly depressing. I think that it's the yellowish lighting, maybe? Also, oddly, there was only ONE MK bootie--the left--in the box, and it had a security tag on it. I had to find an employee (possibly the manager?) to ask for the other shoe, since I can only wear a shoe on my right. She said to give her the left so she could swap them, then said, "Oh, never mind, it has a security tag." Very peculiar. Have never seen that in any other DSW, even on $400 Stuart Weitzmans. I ended up buying them. It would have been annoying to go and find her to retrieve the left shoe. Also, there aren't enough seats to try on shoes, nor mirrors. Park Meadows is much better equipped. The cashier was cheerful and friendly, so this visit ended on a happy note.
