Having tried many T-shirts, boxer shorts, over-the-calf dress socks and ties at many other stores, including Polo-RL, Land's End, custom tailored and many others, I find the best value and quality of these items int he 346 brand at the BB Outlet by far the best. I really think that the quality of these items is the best I've found anywhere at any price. The dress shirts: The 346 dress shirt is the best non-custom tailored dress shirt in the USA. No kidding. No other dress shirt looks as good, lasts as long, and has as reliably great-looking collar. The ONLY dress shirt I'd wear under $200, and for that price the $200 shirt is no better. The ONLY dress shirt for me, and I am super picky! In my case I'm perfectly happy to select my own wardrobe items and don't rely on the staff for anything but checking me out at the register, so can't evaluate staff knowledge. They offer to help and neither ignore nor pester me, so I'm happy. Though I don't happen to buy suits there they still represent a good value, but in my work I really do need a regulkar Brooks Brothers $1600 suit (which I buy on sale at the Denver store) -- you have to "dress to bill" and my clients pay $3000/hr for my time so you have to show up properly in the boardroom... In addition, many times I've not been able to drive to the outlet store as I live some distance away. They have always been happy to check stock and ship the items to me in my color and size preference with no shipping errors or delays. Overall, best value in men's business attire.

They do offer a loyalty program where you earn points for purchases and can use those points for swag/gift card. I believe it is 1000 points earned to get a $100 GC. There is a seating area out front on a small deck if you want to sit and enjoy their complimentary coffee (offerings vary per day). Parking can be difficult (street or find a spot in a local lot).

The store is very well stocked, clean, and organized. Even some of their best-selling items you can find here such as the define jacket and scuba hoodie. The people working at checkout are pretty quick. There is usually no line or if there is it is only like a 30 second wait to checkout. We waited in line for 15-20 minutes while three employees were standing near the front registers, and it was clear that they were more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. When another female employee came back from break buried in her phone I reasonably asked "would it be possible to call for help so that another register could be opened--customers are starting to leave." She responded by snapping at me and sharply said "we're understaffed, the whole world is understaffed and we're doing our best," as if it was my fault. I have never been treated so rudely by a retail employee. I responded by affirming that I knew the world is understaffed and just asked if it were possible to call for help customers might not leave. She continued to argue with me and asked "would you rather have employees helping with the fitting room or register?" It took uttermost control not to respond to her unprofessionalism. She then begrudgingly opened a register to help customers murmuring insults under her breath as she did. I felt humiliated and embarrassed in front of my family and others who were in the store. I understand that employees might be under a lot of pressure these days, but that is no excuse for treating customers so disrespectfully. We have been long-time Under Armour fans, but this experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths. Afterward, my 4-year-old son told me, "I didn't know girls could dress up like bad guys." Sadly, we will think twice before returning to your store or recommending it to others.
