Staff is stylishly dressed, super friendly, welcoming and down to help. Although I was just browsing, I easily found items I liked, was assisted with any needs and given countless compliments when spotted near the dressing room in my potential new items. Seriously so sweet! New items are delivered each Monday and Thursday, so inventory goes fast! Definitely can't afford to wait on purchasing something later, as it might not be there when you return! Although pricing is a bit higher here than other spots in the area, the quality is outstanding! I ended up with a cute winter sweater ($68) and chic stackable silver ring set ($12), bringing my total with tax into the $80's but well worth it. The sweater is durable and bound to be a hit this winter, and I have worn the rings everyday with no tinting/fading or turning my finger green! Ha! All purchased items are put into a reusable tote bag for future use and environmentally friendly! They have no concern about expediting your order when it's placed. I waited patiently for 3 WEEKS and still didn't get my order!! I emailed .... I called the number and the phone rang for a long time and I waited till someone answered. The woman's tone was as if she couldn't care less about my order! The fact that I emailed them on week 2 that I didn't receive the order then called on week 3 only to be told that it was being shipped out that same day.... I waited all day for tracking number by email.... No tracking number was ever sent. Call the following day asking for the tracking number only to be told that there is none. I explained I needed for my vacation coming up in a few days.... And that the order would obviously not reach in time before I leave. I then told her cancel my order and give me my full refund! Her sarcastic response "OK Have a good rest of your day" and abruptly hung up. They don't realize there's other boutiques in Florida selling the same things they are selling .....
