Came to buy more of the bra I tried and purchased in Vegas. There was a buy two get one offer I received in email which tempted me. Unfortunately the associate informed me I'd just missed it as it ended the day before. She did walk me to the back of the section where they had their Big Spring sale going on. I checked the bins and found the style I was looking for at 60% off. Guess I didn't need the buy two get one offer. Better pricing with the Big Spring sale. Lucky me! I picked the colors I wanted and decided to try them once more to be sure I liked the fit. Associate told me where the fitting rooms were and I was shown a room by the fitting room associate. I received clear directions on how to ask for assistance and where to leave unwanted items. After determining that I did like the design, I headed to the cash registers to pay. The cashier and manager were assisting another customer with an issue and I waited a while. The same associate who helped me initially came to the register area and rang me up. She was friendly and cheerful and I appreciated all her help throughout my visit. I'm glad I stopped by. Sad panda I didn't get her name. read more

Distancing here is easy. They have sales quite often. Yesterday was quite busy before they closed. They had a panty sale 10 for $35. They have these often. Weirdest experience I've had at a Victoria's Secret in my life. The lady at the front letting people in asked what kind of bra I was looking for and (thinking it was a COVID thing) I told her I wanted to look at robes. She called someone over to show me "the comfy robes." Another lady came over, showed me "the biggest, comfiest robe" they had. When I asked to be shown something silky and sexy, she reluctantly showed me one and then added "if we don't have your size you can always order online." At that point I tried to break away and browse independently (like *everyone* else in the store). She followed me around some, finally leaving when I pulled out my size (M/L) in a robe and held it up to my body. She rolled her eyes and walked away. I left the store, too embarrassed to continue shopping. I'm a large in everything in their store. Not an XL but definitely also not a medium. My confidence is down and my Valentine's Day plans just got a little harder. read more

Every year, Black Friday and VS create this perfect love child of sales and discounts. $52.00 perfumes turn into $24.99. I'm so caught up on the 5 for $25 on all lotions, perfumes, and skin care. Though they had freakishly long lines, I applaud the ladies at the counter. They managed to conquer all the crowd of women with panties. Most downfalls I can find was the sizes of the underwear is piled up and totally impossible to find a section with your size. I bought two perfumes for the price of one. I stop by this store every time I'm at Park Meadows Mall. This location is larger than the Southglenn location, and I feel the staff is more helpful as well. From the fitting room to the register, I have yet to run into a staff member who wasn't friendly. I mainly shop at Victoria's Secret for the PINK clothing line. If you shop there frequently enough you get coupons that can really add up. I always find at least one thing I like when I'm there. read more

I went in today to shop for bras. I was a 34 AA before and thought that I needed to go up to a 36 AA instead. Leslie, the manager, was checking in on us when we asked for some advice. I had to post what an incredible experience I just had with Miles. I was pretty hot about an issue that corporate customer service summarily dismissed. I called the store to unleash my fury. Miles called me right back - his empathy and sincere concern radiated through the phone. Immediately, my my anger dissolved away and my concerns were alleviated. He actually had me laughing. There is no doubt in my mind that he will make sure my problem is resolved. The Lone Tree location is the largest Victoria's Secret store in Colorado (and three surrounding states, apparently.) With so many rooms, I don't know why I hadn't realized it sooner, but this was news to me during my shopping extravaganza yesterday. What brings me to Yelp, however, is the outstanding customer service I've received during my last many visits, scattered throughout the year. Having lost almost 40lbs, my bra size has changed and I've needed new underthings. My only complaint is that my decided bra size seems to vary dependent upon the attendant who measures me. So, when I went in in August, they fitted me with a bra that was size equivalent to what i measured, but which didn't wear well under regular shirts. 2 months later, during my visit yesterday, I found out that I could bring that bra in to receive store credit or exchange it for the correctly sized bra, which I did. I was blown away by this return policy and very satisfied. But it was Michelle and several other nice ladies who made my experience great yesterday. If I couldn't find something in my size, they found it in the back. When I mentioned a corset that I'd seen in the catalog, they retrieved it from the back as well. When I picked out a bra that the matching panty had sold out of, they called multiple stores in search of them, and when THAT failed, they searched online and found what I needed on the VS web site. Complimentary shipping on that order, which was also an amazing surprise. I have always received this type of costumer service at this store, and prefer to shop here over other locations. It happens to be the closest, but being the biggest means they they have the most variety and the likelihood of finding your size is better too. read more

This used to be my favorite Victoria Secret which was the biggest one near me, but sadly they have slowly went down hill. The staff working in PINK is all very friendly and helpful and greets you upon entering. They know their products and are all very nice. The selection is still big with a good variety. However the line and check out process is ridiculous. I went in their at 10 on a Saturday morning only around 15 people in the store. Stood in line behind 1 other person and it took 15 minutes to get to the counter to check out. They lack speed and really need help because the line gets outrageously long. read more

I used to love coming into this store. About a week or so ago I came in to see any new seasonal items or on sale items were in stock. No one greeted me at all. It happens almost every time I come in. It's a beautiful store. Don't get me wrong and I love all Victoria's Secret and PINK items. What I don't love is the customer service attitudes of the associates. I was looking around for a while which I pretty well knew what I was coming in for. I was ready to check out and the cashier was absolutely rude and inconsiderate. She was too busy texting on her phone to even acknowledge I was standing there waiting to check out. Being someone who works in customer service myself, I would never be rude to my customers. I found it extremely smug that I tried to start a pleasant conversation with her to at least make her day a little better and she was absolutely rude. I had no idea if she just didn't want to work or she was a pissed off manager. Victoria's Secret I love you as a company, but you need to hire people who are people friendly. The Park Meadows VS store was a life changing experience. I have been avoiding a visit to VS, preferring to shop online for years. I just could never find my size and hated feeling like I was a misshapen freak. Since there was a sale and my vacation was rapidly approaching, I bucked up and headed in. I was immediately greeted by a very nice VS sales team member who asked how she could help. I let her know that I was a weird size and that I was looking for specific colors. She gave me a once-over and insisted that I actually be fitted. Yee haw, howdy, what a difference this made! I have never been approached and offered a fitting at any other VS and am so glad that this store clearly emphasizes the importance of the right size. I can now find my normal size in the bins without shame and I think I may hold my head a little higher as a result. Thank you to the entire sales team at this Victoria's Secret. I had a weird experience here yesterday. One of my bras was broken..somehow the strap shredded through the holder on the back band. I have several of this exact bra and none of them had this issue so I figured it must have been defective. I visited the store hoping that they would exchange it for me. I was happy to see it was the Semi-Annual Sale so I got a little distracted shopping for workout clothes {their running tights are simply the best-lulu who?}. I shopped over 20 minutes and wasn't acknowledged nor greeted. The fitting rooms were empty so it was an unnecessarily long 3 minute wait to be acknowledged & given a room. The girl was pretty brusque informing me that I had too many items to bring into the room. She was helpful & quick switching my items out for me, though. I showed her the shredded bra & asked her if she thought I could exchange it for a new one. She said "maybe, ask up front" and sorta left me hanging. I left the fitting rooms with the items I wanted to purchase and headed to the PINK section to find a bra to replace my shredded one. I found two girls working in the PINK section & asked where I could find the bra I was looking for. They dismissed me with a wave to the semi-annual sale tables "probably in the tables, I guess". I didn't find the bra there so decided to forget it & just buy my workout gear. It was at the register & after that I experienced acceptable customer service. The girl working the cashier tried to find the bra for me but wasn't able to find it. She sent me up front to work with Lydia. Lydia is awesome. She usually works the front of the store {at least the half-dozen times I've worked with her} and she is super friendly, helpful, and decreases any awkwardness I feel getting my boobs measured in the middle of a store. She found me a bra to replace my shredded one & I was able to checkout without further incident. I wouldn't give much thought to my shopping trip and I probably wouldn't have even considered writing a review, however in the past 24 hours I have heard from 3 friends that they had similar cold, unfriendly, unhelpful customer service at this particular store. read more

I had the worst experience here, I went in with my service dog to look at their new leggings line because I was super I interested in them they looked comfy. Immediately the store employees would not leave me alone to shop they kept talking to my service dog and making kissy noises at her and asking me questions about her. I felt like I was on Display there it made me feel awful, my dog didn't care but I rarely get out of the house and to be treated kinda like a freak is hurtful . I just wanted to shop. I wish Pink would teach there employees better, because for me my service dog is a life line and a life saver not a fun toy to distract and make noises to while she's trying to do her job. I went to this location about two years ago to get some things for my bed room photo shoot as a gift for my husband. It was relatively slow and I felt like, once the staff knew why I was there, they were all helping me out things together, each and everyone of them was amazing! I went back today for some sports bras and Kris was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was very attentive and offered a ton of options. The first round, I found myself trying to figure out some of the options but knew what I did and didn't like. The second round, she listened to my likes and dislikes and got me into something I was comfortable in. The ladies at this location are simply amazing!!! read more

I went in yo be measured and get a new bra. I found out I was a 36DD after always being told I was a 36B and wearing too small of bras. Erin helped me find a perfect one for me, and adjusted it while it was on so it fit perfectly. I have a nickel allergy and cannot wear under wire, she still found a super cute one that is supportive but wire free. They didn't have the color I wanted so it's being shipped to my house for free. Overall a great experience and I will only buy bras from here from now on. read more

I love this location! The selection is great compared to the locations closer to my home and there are many friendly staff that have always been floating around for any questions you may have. I never have to search for a salesperson and they have always been more than happy to check for additional sizes in the back room. My only complaint? Special Angel events. In a world that seems like it's losing the basic concept of good customer service, I was blown away by the amazing intuition, insightfulness, and thorough desire to provide stellar customer service by the sales rep, Gay, at this VS store. I needed to buy something for Mother's Day for my wife, but needed to do so while she was there with me, so getting her distracted was key. Gay saw my need, immediately swept her away to the fitting room, then came back and helped me to scoop up a bunch of stuff, pay for it on a mobile register, then sneakily packed the gifts in my other shopping bag. This store has reached a new level of incompetence. I called to check and see if this store had the items I was looking for. Unfortunately, I got passed to Andrew. Sadly, not fired yet. I told him the item number for the first item and he found it. But then in his smug arrogant tone he replied, "We have six of these in the store". I told him I only needed one, what am I going to do with the other 5 of the same item? Then, without any apologies, he said "You told me you have a few items". I said "Yes, I do but a few different items, not the same item and this is only the first item". Not wanting to deal with his bad attitude, I asked to speak to a store manager, and then he replied in a smug sarcastic tone, "I AM the manager". Guess they will let anyone be a "Manager" these days. Then, I came into the store the next day to pick up my reserved items and do a store exchange and online returns. I think her name was Nicole, who was working at the cash register and she was about to return the panty I bought online at a higher price. I even showed her the invoice with the item I'd like to get credited back for. I explained to her that the price dropped online so I bought the same panty at the lower price and I'd like to return the higher price panty because I'm unable to get a price adjustment for the item due to Victoria Secret's policy that the item has to be within 14 days from the ship date of the item. However, Nicole didn't believe me, and in fact, treated me like I'm a criminal or I did something wrong. She called it a "cotton panty" but it was not a cotton panty, it's actually one of Body by Victoria's shortie panty. I tried to explain to her that the price of the panty dropped as a clearance item online. She flippantly answered, "Oh those panties never go on clearance and they never get sold at this price" and simply refused to believe me. Then, she starts paging Andrew and shows the panty to him while asking him, "These cotton panties never go on sale, right?" Funny he confirmed what I was trying to tell her. It's sad and pathetic that their own employees don't even know what products they are selling. I've paid for both panties so this is not theft or whatever she was trying to accuse me of. Next, I was trying to exchange a robe that I bought with my Reward Card I used with another robe with the same product line. Once again, Nicole was lost again, didn't know what to do and didn't know how to do an exchange. Then, she starts paging her dear "Manager", Andrew again. He told me that I bought the robe with a reward card and it's a "coupon". How can that be when the item has an actual retail value but he's trying to say it has a value of $0.00? I explained to him that when I bought the robe, I asked Cynthia (the real store manager) if I can exchange it later and she said I can. First he said they can't exchange it but then decides to ask Cynthia about it. We waited for an hour, just stood at the cash register as we are watching them fumbling around like headless chickens. They claimed that they were on hold from Victoria Secret's customer service (funny their own people don't even want to talk to them either). Andrew told us to come back later with the original receipt without even considering that not everyone just lives across the mall. I told him that's not an option for us. Then Cynthia finally came out to explain to me that she will exchange the robe for me but it has to be in the same product line. I certainly do not appreciate Nicole's and Andrew's bad attitudes on how they handled the situation and treat their customers like they are criminals. I didn't expect so much hassle for just exchanging items with equivalent prices in the store. Really puts a damper in shopping there in the future. read more

I love shopping at Victoria's Secret/PINK. Any chance I get I like to go to the store and at least see what they have. For Christmas I received a few gift cards, so I went to go shop their semi-annual sale. I had 150 to spend from the cards and only chose to spend 80 and finish my shopping online because the store was crowded and I had been there long enough. Well, the next day I went online to finish shopping only to find the girl who checked me out the day prior had given me my empty gift card back and kept the one with $65 on it. I found the receipt and realized she didn't even print off the entire thing! I called the store, the manager told me to come in. So, I did. Upon that I was instructed to call customer service and they would refund my entire missing balance. (She also gave me a new receipt). Called customer service only to find out there was somehow now only $36 left on the gift card, when I had actual proof on my receipt that there was 65 left. They said the new records they had showed money had been clearly spent and that was the remaining total, so that's all they could reimburse. I understand there isn't much their customer service can do at this point but it's coming to the point that the employee likely spent my gift card. She is the only person to have had it in possession besides me. Because of this I will NEVER shop at this location again. They neglected to address the possible thief and now I am out money. Every time I go in the staff especially oodeme (sorry if spelled name wrong) is always polite and helpful, but today when I called to see if I could exchange an item that I had misplaced the receipt for the sales associate who answered the phone was very rude. She asked what the item was and when explained what it was she got defensive and said that item was not sold in the store when I just purchased the item a week and a half ago.
