I don't feel that the prices are any less than other Old Navys, yet that was once the point of an outlet store. You will find plenty of specials and great bargains, again, fulfilling the classic definition of outlet shopping. PRO TIP: It seems silly or time consuming, but you need to jot down sale prices on items you buy. It's also a good idea to take a picture of the sign and the garments directly under it. I take it one step further by comparing the upc (bar code) on the price tag with the upc on the sign (when available). I developed this most inconvenient practice because on my first three visits to this store there were items that didn't ring up with the sale price. The cashiers have always been great about correcting the mistake...if you catch it. On two occasions I've heard "looks like someone accidentally put this on the wrong rack!" Was it accidental? It's a clean store and the staff are super pleasant. Depending on your timing, it can get really busy, but the line moves quickly. Because it's the outlet mall there's a huge parking area without much competition nearby. What it really boils down to is: are you willing to watch them like a hawk and grab the deals ~or~ not be bothered? I'm a fan so it's worth it to me. 06/21

I used to shop at Meijer…read moreon Tittabawassee Road and one of the things that really caught my eye is that the Tittabawassee Road store has several resting benches within the store display area, where Midland only has one located outside the cashier area. Today while shopping, my knee "went out" and I was urgently looking for somewhere to sit and rest. To no avail, I had to stop shopping and had to leave to come home. I would recommend placing a bench or two in the middle of the store, like some other Meijer's stores.

Even though the coat was purchased a year ago, the store stood behind EB's 100% satisfaction guarantee and found us the same coat in another store which is currently being shipped to our home. No expense to us and no question about making it right. Manager Dawn was *phenomenal* and clearly went above and beyond to help us out and help us get the same coat. Much appreciation to Dawn. One more reason why EB will continue to be one of my favorite stores to shop and purchase.

This is a very small store compared to other Goodwill stores Ive been in. In addition, the items…read moreare priced much higher than other locations. And the quality of merchandise is poor. Alot of it should have gone to the dump. The items that are DONATED from Target are knowingly priced higher than the actual price that Target was charging for the item. Customers complained so the Manager just started removing the price from the Target tag so you couldn't compare. Seriously, just take at look at the tags if you happen to go in there. She must receive a bonus based on store profit, which is why these donated items are priced liked new retail. If they priced items appropriately they might move their items out a little faster and ultimately make more money. My advice is, if you like to shop thrift stores, pick a different one.

This is easily one of the most attractive stores at the outlets, brightly lit, nice fitting rooms, laid out well. I have one of their rewards cards, so I use it whenever I pop into town to shop. I picked up my favorite black skirt from here for a song, so there you go! The prices are not super cheap, but are consistently lower than retail and often much less expensive than what's offered on finer department store clearance racks, especially considering the quality of what's left on clearance after it's been picked over by buzzards. Some of the best deals lately have been on lingerie- an odd trend I've noticed the last few times I stopped in.

I found a wonderful black wristlet with a wallet embedded in it and silver hardware. I haven't been able to buy anything with the silver hardware in the black leather for a while now. The people who work here went way out of their way to assist us and were eager to sign me up to get notifications on their upcoming Disney products. We found amazing prices and I was able to get some good gift giving shopping on. We found a wallet for 65% off plus 15%, how amazing was this score?! I know I will be coming back once they get their new Disney stock. I did not even know they sold it outside of Disney. I was at Disneyland when I first saw a Coach colab, so I am happy to find it here in Michigan.
