They said it would be a 45 minute process, which is fine and why I came in early. I am really disappointed by that service, specifically because I have a wedding party of 6 people and was planning on spending over 1k for suit rentals. Before I made my purchase, I stopped by the beauty and perfume section and smelled some of the scents and at the end, purchased my two dresses and a perfume. Macy's has been known to be an upper scale store, so they are a bit pricey, but I won't complain too much. It was definitely necessary. I checked out at the perfume counter, and I felt like the only person around (which I kind was, lol), but she was fixated on me and my needs. We talked a little while I smelled some of the perfumes and at the end of it all, she walked away with a sale, and I had some items I needed.
